   Managers are disgusting. My daughter has ADHD when shopping in the store the music was very loud she started to have a panic attack and went to a corner the manager and a female staff member just looked and laughed ... we no longer use this store. We sent a complaint to head office they did not even acknowledge it.

   Never will I order again from here! I have 2 disabled children and can't leave the house, shopping was meant to be delivered Monday 26 may but being a scouser i understood when they had no driver that day but it never arrived at all any day after neither and I was having to chase for a refund. Disgusting treatment for customers we couldn't even get an answer or information from the shop.

   Ordered my online order from here ( have had on quite a few occasions. I’ve not had any major problems . However, I placed an order for today, yesterday. My delivery slot was 2:30-4:30 and it didn’t turn up. There was no phone call, no notification as to why , nothing. I didn’t have anything much in so I’ve had to make an order somewhere else too to account for the shopping I didn’t have in. I contacted customer care who stated she couldn’t get in touch with the shop - so now I’ve been left in limbo not knowing when this shopping (that I’ve paid for) will come.

   Bit dissapointing to find that only one till was open, and they had a new starter working it alone. The poor lad kept having to go and get someone to help. There was also an issue where a customer had walked out without paying, and he didn't know what to do, and there was nobody else around to help in, the queue was horrendous and had no sign of moving anytime soon. New starters should not be left alone unless they are able to fully work the till.
