I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves an exception. What was meant to be a simple haircut turned into an exercise in disappointment. The stylist seemed to be in a rush, barely listening to what I asked for, and somehow managed to turn a clear instruction into something completely different. The result was uneven, careless, and far from professional. Even the mirror seemed embarrassed to reflect it. I left the salon not only dissatisfied, but genuinely bewildered at how something so simple could go so wrong.

Had one of the worst trims of my life. I asked for a skin taper fade and the guy had barely took any off not to mention it cost £18.50. I asked him to redo it and reluctantly he did. But the taper was uneven, why did it arc up behind the ear? It’s grown out really funny now. Do not go to the extra large man stationed on the most right chair. Awful customer service and awful hygiene.

Went for a beard trim and regretted it dearly. Was asked to go and get cash as they don’t take cards. I was back in 3 min and saw the guy was taking lunch break. I said if it’s going to be longer I will leave as I have a meeting to get to. He hurried his lunch and implied that he was doing me a favour. Didn’t listen to my instructions and ruined my beard. It was uneven and took too long which delayed me for my meeting. His partner tried doing damage control but was too late by then. They tried apologising and didn’t take money but it was the most unprofessional barber shop I have ever visited.

Andy went the extra mile in trimming up my beard, and for £6.50 it's almost half price of the barber down the street... Couldn't be happier!

I have curly hair, told the barber to “trim” an inch ended going home only to have my hair curl up and be 3 inches shorter - if u got curly hair don’t go here the barbers wet ur hair and use combs which are a big red flag - most likely they will cut ur hair too short after straightening. Kinda disappointing guessing how good the place looks.

This place is great. Nader gave me a sick haircut. A lot of barbers struggle to cut afro hair so I came into this place not expecting much, but these guys really know their stuff. Took his time and gave me the best haircut I’ve had all year.

No need to book. Just walk in. I went on a Thursday around 4pm and it was empty. I suggest going non rush hour so you don’t have to wait. Haircut was great. I showed a photo and he did exactly it. I also asked him questions and he provided his best opinion on it.

It’s years I come here. Started in the original place and followed then to this one. Always a pleasure to meet Daut, have a chat about solving world problems and getting the best wet shave in town. Great service at a reasonable price. You can go in a posh shop spend three times, have a posh guy lecture you Or come here, have a nice chat with a nice guy, same haircut, wet shave and still spend half the money. 10 years now!!!!!!
