   My experience with Diamond Properties Leeds was excellent, mainly due to Khia, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She did a great job looking after myself and family during our time at the property and was always helpful, professional, and friendly. After renting for the past 10 years, I can honestly say Khia is one of the best people I’ve dealt with in the industry. Khia along wih along with the rest of the team (Taylor), were great to work with, and we really appreciated all the effort they put in to make the process smooth and stress-free. Everything was acted upon with urgency, not something your get with many agents. I would definitely recommend Diamond Properties Leeds - 10/10 experience.

   We lived here for a year. The house had big damp patches on the ceiling and wasn’t properly cleaned when we moved in, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were all dirty. Lots of light bulbs didn’t work, some appliances were broken, and the landlord replaced our broken microwave with another broken microwave. Our TV didn’t work and chairs were broken, even though they promised during visitations to replace the TV and sofas. The garden was overgrown and full of litter for months. Overall, we don’t recommend this place if you’re a student.

   Diamond properties is a true definition of renting with ease. I haven’t had any issues with the estate agent from inception. All of my queries and issues were attended to promptly, very friendly staff. I love the property I’m in, peaceful and very affordable. My kids love the house and we are just so thankful to have found Diamond properties.

   Unprofessional and unreliable. Continuously lied about the house being ready each week (as it was being refurbished) and each week I would come from Manchester only to be told the house was not ready. Wasted trips three times and brought all my stuff with me. I asked for a refund on rent and they issued a refund of 1.5 weeks worth of rent. Also when there was maintenance issues with the house they were really unreliable and would show up weeks later. Another landlord also stated they had issues with this company saying they are unreliable and do not treat their tenants respectfully.

   Our experience with both Khia and Paris has been great over the year we've been with Diamond. They have been very responsive, have amended the contract to make us confident that maintenance would be done before we moved in, and gave us a discount on the deposit as we were students at the time. The only issue we had was the flat not being cleaned before we moved in as the pictures they had been sent looked clean, and they sent a cleaner the next day.
