Lovely hotel and spa with great service. The swimming pool is 1.2m deep and about 6x10m (possibly slightly bigger). There is a jacuzzi connected to the pool, next to the pool are also steam room and sauna. The steam room and sauna is nice but would be lovely with some slight fragrance such as eucalyptus. The rooms are nice and good size but fairly basic. A bit more storage with a couple of shelves and a drying rack would be great to improve the rooms as there's definitely enough space for it. The whole hotel, rooms, bathroom and spa are all nice and clean. In the reception there are plenty of nice sitting spaces to relax, some quieter and some a bit more lively so easy to pick a good spot. We stayed as family of 3 who are familiar with people who may have additional needs. I would recommend this place for everyone. Couples, groups, family's and people with additional needs. Although check with reception if you are in a wheelchair as I'm not sure if some of the access wouldn't be a little tricky. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Stayed here for a wedding recently, the location was easy to get to with plenty of car parking spaces. The rooms were nice and clean with a decent size bathroom. The food was lovely as we stayed all day we had the sit down meal and the buffet which I couldn't fault. The only side which let the place down was they didn't take cash and the card machine kept going down due to connection failure so you'd wait 10 mins to get served then you'd have trouble in paying. The prices for drinks were over priced you are looking at £20 for 2 drinks at the wedding venue bar but for some reason same drinks at the other bar £1.50 cheaper. On checking out I had to go roaming the place to find someone to checks us out.

We went for the day 50th celebration... 10 till 4. Awesome time spent. Gym equipment a bit old and wasn't working very well alot of squeaking. But everything else was good including afternoon tea. Took some take away... the scones were the star of the show! Highly recommend, value for money if on a groupon... not sure how much experience is without it.

The shower facilities are amazing. Perfect temperature amd water pressure. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location gas plenty of parking spaces. A particular mention the wonderful Pamela on reception, her attitude was immensely patient especially whilst dealing with our late check-in. She went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute room change request despite having to attend to other guests queries. Her kind nature made this stay truly exceptional and worth every penny in value.

Firstly what amazing value for money. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff were awesome and helpful. The restaurant was welcoming and the food was really good. The spa was modern and clean and the temperature of the pool was lovely, the sauna and steam room lovely. (To make it perfect I would just say ; replace the missing mosaic tiles in steam room, put another hairdryer in and a couple of chairs to sit on in the changing rooms. Hot / cold indicator stickers signs on all the showers in the spa as they run hot. Table cloths in dining room as tables a bit worn looking, simple cutlery and staff seating you in uniform like other staff and more professional. A lick of paint on the doors out. The restaurant area could do with all the pictures etc taking off the walls and good paint as it looks a bit dated and too much going on. However small stuff, the hotel was brilliant value for money and the food excellent...worth a stay.

We didn't stay at the hotel. we just went for a spa day, which included a treatment and a cream tea. I must say Diane, who did my back neck and shoulder massage, was excellent!! She has vast experience and applied different types of various massage techniques during my treatment including Balinese!!! Fabulous Diane!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here for a work trip. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very helpful and friendly. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious with very good service and the rooms were ver spacious and well maintained. Great stay at a great hotel.

Extremely disappointing stay. Pool very cold and slippery floor, doors open with fly screen. Unable to book spa treatment. Restaurant food lovely, however no wine list. When Red wine delivered to table in restaurant it was served in an ice bucket. No cocktails list or choice available in bar. Breakfast very hard/rubbery/ vinegary poached eggs. No savoury option for continental i.e. cheese/meats as opposed to all sweet pastries. Stayed in October 2022.

Yes. Visited Spa today. First wanted a coffee and some brunch. Despite menus on table stated not doing brunch. Coffee cold like treacle, took complaints to get it and something to eat. Staff in hotel chaotic and unprofessional. Member of staff was shouted out by man in suit in front of us in a inappropriate manner. Went to pay bill asked do you know how much it is??? SPAtoilets not flushing, no offer of a robe or slippers, pool on cool side and outside hot tub not working and dirty.very basic spa. I won't visit here again. Afternoon tea was nice.
