   Run by scammers. Have been getting a loyalty card stamped for the past year and a half. Handed it in for my free haircut and *apparently* it's no longer valid and they stopped honouring it "last year" despite being happy to stamp it back in December and March??? Funny how when I come to cash it in it's *suddenly* invalid? So weird... Just such a slap in the face move after I've been coming here for so long and really speaks to the character of the people who run this place. Will go up the road to Akos from now on.

   I had an amazing experience at Head Zone! From the moment I walked in, i was welcomed with a friendly atmosphere and professional service. The shop is clean, well maintained, and has a great vibe. Omed did an incredible job with my haircut. He paid attention to every detail and making sure i git exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Head Zone ! And I will definitely coming back.

   Husband came back to this cut. Had a full line round his hair it looked like an unfinished cut. He asked for a fade of the shortest being in between a 1 & 2 and looks like the barber has went all the way round with a 1 and half without any gradual fade. The sides weren’t connected at all. Thankfully I’m a hairdresser and was able to fix this but he’s paid for a cut that was horrific! Avoid !!!

   They are pretty good. Does their job perfectly. Very polite and patient. Listens to you and also gives suggestions if in case you need one. Sam & Ranj were very helpful. Communicate what you need and they will deliver. These are my personal experiences and views.

   Try not to let the female barber cut your hair, she doesn't have any knowledge of fading. I was asking for a low skin fade (I also showed her a photo) but ended up with a high skin fade. Also I wouldn't call it fading, the hair is supposed to gradually transition from one length to another, but I what see from my haircut has no fading at all (I attached a photo to best describe my situation). Totally gutted!!

   What can I say the guys are brilliant. They ensure quality and also make sure what u ask for is what you get they make sure the smallest detail is done and also really good opening hours as well. Price range is good as well if you compare to other local barbers as well would highly recommend.

   We are big fans of Osman and his team. They are very friendly and good with children. My 8 year old son really enjoys his haircuts. They provide a very professional service and we are always really happy with the results. It's great that we can just turn up with an appointment and normally be seen quickly. Thank you Head Zone!
