Despite advertising an apartment on their website and confirming a viewing, the entire process turned out to be unprofessional and unreliable. After filling out the application form and even sending the holding deposit, I received an email confirmation stating that the property was successfully taken off the market. However, just two days later, I was informed of a sudden family emergency with the landlord, and the apartment was no longer available. What made this experience particularly frustrating was later discovering that the same property was offered to someone I know. This lack of transparency and inconsistency in their dealings has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. This last-minute change and lack of transparency were unprofessional and left me with a lot of inconvenience. While I appreciate the return of my holding deposit, the entire experience has been disappointing and raises questions about the integrity and reliability of HomeFinder Solutions. Potential customers, beware of this unreliability when considering HomeFinder Solutions for your housing needs.
