   We sold our house with Bramleys. They provided the highest valuation and at the time we were in no rush to sell so it made sense to go with their recommendation. Throughout the process the communication was good and we didn’t have to chase for updates too often. Our main contact was Janice, she called us regularly with updates and when problems arose she went the extra mile to ensure they were resolved. Lisa was very professional at the valuation survey and throughout the journey and later in the process Gemma ensured we were kept up to date when our buyers started to apply unfair pressure. We’d certainly recommend Bramleys to others.

   Bramleys were absolutely fantastic when we were purchasing a house from them in June. Gemma, who was dealing with the sale, was amazing. She regularly checked in with us to share any updates or progress on the sale side and was incredibly helpful in chasing things for us, to ensure things went smoothly. Gemma readily supported us in contacting other involved agents and solicitors in the chain and was generally such a lovely lady! We found Bramleys to be absolutely amazing when we purchased from them, and should we ever decide to move again, will definitely be listing with them!

It was quite a complicated process due to there purchasing two properties but Bramleys assisted in every way they could to make the sale as easy as possible.
