All maintenance requests were dealt with promptly, were decent about reasonable wear and tear. Solved deposit dispute with housemates promptly and fairly, couldn't recommend more, lovely people :)

   Can not recommend this letting agent enough. The house I rented was immaculate when I moved in and the agency were so quick to respond/fix any issues I reported. Any team member I spoke to was warm and always happy to help. Mark, in particular, went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Genuinely the best agency I have ever encountered when renting.

   I recently rented through MHS lettings and it was an excellent experience! their website was super easy to use, letting you specify the number of tenants and location. The estate agents were also super helpful and readily available. they were genuinely keen to help and even took us between houses in their cars. thankyou MHS lettings

   Couldn’t recommend MHS enough! Really friendly and helpful staff, right from the viewings to the signing of our contract. At the end of our tenancy we had some issues with our landlord and MHS helped to ensure we got all the money we were owed. Highly recommend!

   I signed for a property with MHS this summer whilst I was abroad - as I could not view the property in real life Mark sent over a virtual property tour which was fantastic! They were super quick to respond to any emails, and when I arrived the landlady met me at the house. I would recommend to anybody looking for houses in Leeds, especially with the virtual tours that make things so easy. 5 stars!!

   I’ve signed with MHS twice during my time at uni and they’ve always been so so helpful and sorted out any issues as fast as they can. All emails are responded to quickly and everyone is really friendly! Also met one of the most lovely dogs in Leeds when I popped in to sign for my second house which was an 11/10 wonderful surprise. Would recommend!!
