Large store with kisoks such as cafe chicken pasta bar etc.. really large store with big range. Service not great always big ques. Seems unorganised and poorly managed. Recently announced changes to close the kiosks in this store. Next to a large home and bargains..parking easy and plenty of options..food always good quality
Never stocked up, this store has gone down hill. Can never buy anything plus it's way over priced.
Great to stop off on way home for fresh bread that they will slice for you order large handmade pizzas great salad bar too. Definitely worth downloading the Morrisons app and scanning every time in store/ petrol station as some good points boosters and you can convert your points into pounds off shopping.
Nice little store clean and well stocked . They even have a small Nutmeg clothing section which is great for everyday wear on a budget
Shocking customer experience, was stood in the queue while some lady kicked off. This caused us to wait for a long time while there were plenty of checkouts not serving and lots of staff stood around. There floor manager should of opened another till to address this problem. When we finally got served we were then told there was no bags, how are we supposed to carry our shopping home with children. Manager wasn't interested and couldnt care less so we left our shopping and went to asda . Wont be returning to any morrisons in the future as this isn't the first time.
Always busy when I go in I've not used the cafe yet though. I always get what I need. Love buying the fresh cakes for family they are the best, so fresh and delicious.
I recently visited the store and 2 staff members customer service were exemplary,I asked could they assist me in ordering a food item for christmas,both ladies at the customer service desk were extremely patient/pleasant/helpful and friendly,I work in customer service myself and I appreciated everything they both did for me on the day,thank you both so much for all your help!
Quality of certain items is poor compared to other supermarket's, with a bigger price I find. *WATCH OUT* They put different prices on wrong items in most isles to catch you out. Usually don't find out untill your paying it's priced wrong. The fast food section is not too bad, unless you like puddles on your pizza. #ripoff
I bought a pack of pork sausages on offer because the use by date was the next day. I cooked them an hour later. We had them for our tea. Both of us were up most of the night with stomach pains. I think they should lower them 2 days before when its pork.
Great supermarket with interesting market kitchens. Chippy food, pasta, pizza, salad, brews, waffle, milkshake, roast chickens, ThAI, Korean... plenty of choices
