   Booked at west one parking via myparkingspace.com It states this parking space is secure with on site staff, CCTV, security lights etc but the only staff where in the parking lot attached and didn’t want to know, was unable to give us any details to get in touch with anyone to help. I managed to get in touch with myparkingspace.com and they have given us a full refund pending, but we are awaiting CCTV footage. I have advised they change their description of this parking lot as it is very inaccurate. A passer by told us it happens at least once a month.
