   I am in the process of selling a home in West Yorkshire with Rutley Clark Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I had originally engaged a national estate agent and their marketing and photography failed to capture the home’s best features. I was introduced to Claire Roberts, the owner of Rutley Clark, and quickly realised she was the right choice even though she was not the most local agent. She was responsive to my calls, interested in my experience to that point, and eager to make a positive difference. At our first meeting, Claire shared practical tips on presenting the house and gave helpful advice on valuation and the local market. Signing up with her was also a refreshingly transparent process. Soon after I signed, Claire returned with her colleague to prepare the house for photography, her expert photographers arriving later that same day. The photos showcased the house perfectly. Claire also took the time to capture the story of the house and reflected that in the copy and the production of a stunning brochure she hands to viewers as they depart. The Rightmove listing was promptly prepared, showcasing the house in its’ best light; Claire’s signature twilight cover photo was simply breath-taking. Marketing doesn’t stop at Rightmove, Claire creates Instagram Reels, Facebook live and her team actively post features of the house on social media. For viewings, Claire arrives well ahead of the scheduled appointment so she is fully prepared to welcome the prospective buyer. She gives those viewing the time they need to learn as much as they wish to about the house. After each viewing, she follows up with me and with the prospective buyer ensuring prompt feedback and she is very responsive to contact.

   I met Claire the owner of Rutley Clark at a time when my house sale had fallen through after a long period of being on the market with previous limited viewers I knew the brochures and photographs didn’t do the house justice and felt the Estate agent support was limited I moved my House across to Claire and with her help to stage it and improve the marketing, the first viewers who walked through the door bought it ! Throughout the process Claire had been really attentive, tracking the buyers progress and liaising with solicitors. She definitely renewed my faith in Estate agents and I have subsequently sold another property with Rutley Clark, that also sold very quickly. Her marketing is fresh, with tremendous attention to detail and her support and service are excellent. I would highly recommend.

   5 stars isn't enough for Claire :) My wife and I struggled to sell our house for over a year. We tried 3 different estate agents but we didn't get a single offer. Finally we came across Rutley Clark and took Claire on. Within a couple of weeks, we had an offer! (Which we accepted). Claire has a truly unique approach to selling houses. I have used many estate agents before, but none provided the service that Claire did. The photoshoot of the house showed off our house like no other agent could. This was more like an interior design photoshoot. Our house never looked so beautiful (because it was captured the right way). No wonder it sold so quick! Claire's excellent communication and openness made the process super easy. We HIGHLY recommend Claire!
