Great location and kind off easy access to parking, a slight squeeze for large vehicles. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy, just needs extra pillows!Downside-no hot water for the shower and sink . no heating as the room was cold. Didn't bother with breakfast as we were that cold we ended back in the car to put heating on.
Just stayed for 2 nights visiting family. The room is spacious and clean very comfortable bed plenty tea and coffee provided . Ample parking and very quiet.The owner was very helpful we will be back
I have spent several nights at this hotel over the last month. Rooms are clean, including shower and toilet. Everything is fully functioning and it’s nice to be allowed to eat in the room. I spent some nights in room 11 and found the mattress is lumpy and I couldn’t get comfortable. Overall, it does me fine. I have recommended this hotel to one of my colleagues as they also need overnight stay frequently. Keep up the good work and I will keep using your hotel
We stayed here last minute, Upon check In the staff lady was okay as we initially entered the room it appeared to be clean which was not the case, the fridge had the last people’s food in it, cups still had coffee in them, there was what we can only describe as a nasty substance on the floor, the bathroom smelt insanely bad of cigarette smoke. And as we went on with our stay we were proven to be greeted with very unprofessional staff upon handling situations. Wouldn’t recommend, unhygienic experience and unprofessional and unfriendly staff.
When we arrived, there was no one at the door and no staff around, so another guest let us in. I tried calling the hotel from outside but got no answer. Once inside, we walked around trying to find someone but it was completely empty. We eventually saw a check-in sheet and some keys, so we assumed it was self-check-in, signed in, and went to our room. We had booked a deluxe room, but it looked more like a standard one. It was still clean and modern, just not what we expected based on the photos. About 20 minutes later, a manager knocked loudly on our door and started shouting at us for checking ourselves in. I explained there were no staff around and we didn’t know what else to do, but she kept repeating herself and wasn’t very understanding. She came back again shortly after, still being rude and making assumptions about who let us in. The hotel itself is nice, but the lack of staff and how the situation was handled really took away from what was meant to be a relaxing weekend.
Very clean and though quite cosy, the rooms have everything you require. Smart TV, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I asked if I could borrow a ironing board, however, Tina the owner advised me that she would be more than happy to iron what I needed. This was far beyond what I expected. Krishan Mohindra

Excellent service and quality for money. Lovely hoast and well thought out rooms and decor cleanliness is A 1 and breakfast was superb highly recommended and will use regular for our visits to family
Stayed here a few months ago, great location in the town with plenty of shops close by. Unfortunately I couldn’t have a cooked breakfast due to COVID and the alternative breakfast & drinks wasn’t really up to scratch. I was also put in one of the front rooms facing a retail park which had big bright signs which didn’t help when trying to get to sleep. Also the bed is very low to the floor. But all in all run by lovely people and a very clean room.
Stayed a couple of nights whilst doing LGV training in the area. Had one of the little bungalows. The cleanliness was good and bed was comfortable. Shower not very good pressure but useable. Also good Tea & coffee making facilities. All in all a good couple of nights
