   This barbershop is an absolute joke. I’m an ongoing, regular customer, and this is how they treat loyalty. I was running late to a booking and did the responsible thing by calling 30 minutes before my appointment to let them know. Instead of handling it professionally, I was told by a different barber than my usual one to come an hour later. Fine — I followed exactly what I was told. I arrived two minutes after the new arranged time, not 15 minutes, not remotely close to a no-show. Yet I was told it was a “no show” anyway. They then tried to charge me for two haircuts as an “express haircut fee.” I’m 17 years old, and they tried to charge me £116 for a 15-minute haircut.They have no sort of shame. No accountability. No consistency. No common sense. Just excuses and outrageous charges. If you value basic professionalism, honesty, or being treated like a human being, do not come here.

Ravi ensures the best quality with every haircut and the drinks, ambience, conversation and array of products make the experience one of the best I’ve ever had from a male grooming service. It’s quickly becoming my favourite hour of the week and I would strongly recommend anyone to try neon black. It’s also extremely fairly priced for the area and quality of service you receive.
