   The guy who sits next to the window is the worst. Did exactly what other reviews mentioned. Barely listened, when I asked to see the back he said to wait until the end, then once he showed me he said the haircut is finished and refused to address an area. Rude and doesn't listen. The guy near the window has just lost a customer for life. It's a shame as the middle guy is fantastic.

   I have been coming here for a few months and this is by far the worst haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. It’s such a shame as I’ve been a regular. The guy who did my Beard has done it before but decided to do it really short when I asked for it to be faded and length kept at the front now it’s all one grade and looks awful.

   I’ve been getting my hair cut by Mohammed, who’s in the second chair at the barbershop, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. His attention to detail, consistency, and skill always leave me with a fresh, clean cut every single time !!

   I have been going to this barber shop on and off for years some good experiences some weird experiences and now take me son to get his haircut there now. I went yesterday 16/04/25 arrived and 18:45. When I got there two mean were having there haircut and there was a one gentleman waiting. After waiting 10 minutes at this point the gentleman before me now in one of the chairs I was made aware that the close at 7pm and he was there last customer. Kinda ridiculous they don’t make me aware of this when I walked in but I was like ok whatever. I went a few door down coz there’s another barbers but forgot they didn’t do card and I had no cash on so decided to call it a day. Few minutes later as I’m driving past the barbers that said they close at 7pm and this is there last customer I notice there is someone waiting to get there haircut. I find somewhere to park and walk back up to the barber because this is looking suspiciously like a I’ll pick and choose who our last customer is based on length of haircut and how much the haircut costs. I walk in sit down and say I thought you guys closed and 7pm it’s 18:55 at this point. They say yeah so I say the guys currently in both your seats were here before I got here ..yes. Which is obviously not the case. They say nothing so I think to myself maybe they didn’t want offend me earlier and these were previous bookings. So I ask were these booking then. One guy says yeah. Then I ask the guys in the chairs so guys you booked yeah. Complete silence. Guys getting there haircuts had no idea what was going but I could tell by there expressions they had not booked at this point one of the barbers says don’t worry I’ll sort you out. I sit wait get my haircut knowing I won’t be returning but on principle you will be cutting my hair. When finished no apologies, no discount, no explanation. Abysmal customer service. Lies on lies. Its not even that deep but I couldn’t let it slide. Father and son waiting for haircut as I payed. Just be prepared for some nonsense at this place.

   Never using these guys again! Shame the owner was not present during my visit as he is a very nice guy but his workers have left me no choice but to publish this review. I’ve been a very loyal customer to these guys, never go anywhere else however, for the past two trips, the usual barber has had a very bad attitude and pushes his other colleagues to trim my hair since he is always busy on his phone. Nevertheless, his taper fade took 2 mins to do and didn’t put any work in it as you can see in the photos. There are bald patches in a few places and the ‘fade’ on the left side is raised much higher than the right and takes the point of the ‘taper’ completely away. My haircut was given 24/11/24 at around 17:20

   Rushed job my hair not layered properly hairs poking out all around the sides 3 times I've been here different barbers everytime all useless now got to go to another barbers get it done properly PAY THAT LITTLE BIT EXTRA GET IT DONE PROPERLY AT ANOTHER SHOP AVOID THIS PLACE

   Do not listen to customers do what they want when you correct them they don’t like it. Speak in there own language cursing you how I know this I used google translate all because you are not happy with the way they cut and fade hairs all uneven

   DO NOT go to this barbers if you value your money. Staff are very unfriendly, I had my haircut here and after telling the barber I was unhappy he said ' next time ask for something else ' instead of fixing it which he could have done easily as I only wanted it shorter. Only spent 10 mins on my haircut and beard total and wouldn't fix it once I was unhappy. Poor customer service all round, didn't use a new blade for the shape up and didn't sanitise any cutters used. 0/10 Edit: the barber was the middle chair, tall very short hair and glasses.
