Big ‘walk ins welcome sign’ outside, leave you sitting there before asking do you have an appointment…, which I didn’t, appreciate I could have asked but sign alluded otherwise. Sure it could have been a good experience but be clear with your signage! Valuable time was wasted!
I picked ELP a few years ago after a bad experience at a chain salon, purely because of the look and vibe from the outside. And while ELP definitely brings the vibes and looks, the staff and service are what make this place so great. Emma is my favorite stylist and Vinnie (dog) is the perfect pup. I love having ELP right around the corner and will come back even after moving across town. I know others who do the same!
Absolutely brilliant barbershop, lovely atmosphere and great people. I always get my hair cut by Danny who I have moved with from shop to shop in London. He is a very skilled barber, a very lovely guy and always makes me feel very comfortable in the chair which is why I have moved with him. Highly recommend!

I had a cut with Daniel and would 100% recommend. He asked the right questions about how I usually wore it, what products and how I liked it - which is really welcome for a service like this. The trim was fantastic and the conversation was also really welcome, Daniel is a friendly guy. Vinnie is always a welcome bonus.
