    Cool Barber shop, awesome building and vibe inside. My barber was a real nice, genuine type fella. Gave me a great cut and shave. I was on a tight schedule, told him so, and he had me in and out in 30 min. Highly recommend this spot. Father and son team, both extremely pleasant.

    I’ve been coming to Hak’s with my autistic son since he was only a year old. They’ve always been very accommodating- at times my son has been difficult and the guys at Hak’s go above & beyond: cutting whilst my son stands, allowing him to play with their tools, offering numerous lollipops! Whatever it takes to get the job done. And what’s more, they always manage an excellent cut in sometimes tricky circumstances. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    Have had some great haircuts here from the male barbers but the blonde female barber despite me explaining 3 times how my son likes a proper fringe and even showed a photo of the great cut he got here last time. He ended up with an all over buzz cut and looks like a Hedgehog with hair sticking up all over that no product can tame. How can someone get it so wrong. I even pointed at another boy 2 seats down and said like that please.

    I’m not sure if I got someone inexperienced or not but I most likely won’t be returning, I was really looking forward to using this barbers after seeing the amount of positive reviews. However, the barber did not listen to me at all when I said what I would like done to my hair and he just did his own thing. I then said he had taken too much off and instead of apologising he just justified his actions by saying some rubbish like my hair is curly so it needs to be this short. It was also done in about 10 minutes and it felt like he just wanted me out the door. Very disappointing, would not recommmend.
