The staff here are super friendly and highly skilled. I can only speak to their beard care, but their expertise is unmatched in my experience. I walk away satisfied every time. Looking forward to treating myself to a wet shave soon. Highly recommended barbers

Got there at 8am. At 9.15am It was finally my turn to get my hair cut. Asked for 3 on the sides and back and just over 1cm long on top. When he finished it was 5 on the back and sides and the top was ~3 inches long. Reiterated (about 6 times in total) how short I wanted my hair. Decided to leave after the fourth time he asked "Is this short enough?" when it was still 2 inches long on top. Awful, absolutely awful and will never go back again. Too slow, too long a wait and the barber themselves seem to fail to understand exactly what the customer wants. Genuinely thought about walking out without paying, and in retrospect I should have as they most certainly did not provide the service I paid for. Once again I can only say how bad a barber's this is. Avoid like the plague.
I've been coming here for four years and it's the best barbers I've ever been to! You get a really good cut throat shave and they take a lot of care over your haircut. As others have said, it can get busy on a Saturday, but you get offered tea or coffee and the wait is definitely worth it! The staff are always really friendly and make sure that you get the best experience possible. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Bromley area.
