   I was a walk-in and was willing to wait like the other walk-ins that came before and after me. However had to walk out when I realised that there was no order as to how ppl were being looked after 2 guys that walked in after me (who were not pre-booked customers ) got served before me…will obviously not return

   I need to be clear, I am a white male with rapidly receeding hair, so my only knowledge of this place comes via my mixed parentage, afro topped son who makes me give him a lift there when he needs a trim. He comes out looking considerably better than when he went in and my wife is always pleased with the results. Gotta be good then.

   They say they open at 9:30 am, I go in after 11 to get a haircut. The shop is open and there are no barbers and no one knows when the barbers will arrive. So I won't be returning anytime soon. Fix up!

   I come here every couple of months. Live in Plymouth, but for now, I would only get my hair sorted here. 250 miles up the road. They usually do a great job and have done for years.
