My husband brought in our 2 year old biracial son for a shape up, the result was awful. The guy that “cut” his hair clearly lacked the expertise to cut even and should have be honest and stated this instead of doing it and then charging £15 for the nonesense. My husband was annoyed but still paid and just decided not to return. The haircut was so bad that we had to go to another barber shop to get it fixed. Would not recommend

The price was good, but the experience was terrible. The barber was rough, smacking the razor against my head and almost poking my eye with his thumb. The haircut was nothing like what I asked for. The barber lacked skill and understanding, and his English was poor. Not worth the discount.

Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty I had been a regular customer at Saf's for many years, getting haircuts twice a month. After moving away for a year, I returned, hoping for the same service I had always received. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I've been turned away three times by a young staff member, who always claims they're too busy, even when the shop is empty. On one occasion, I called ahead and was told they don’t take bookings, and it’s walk-in only. Yet, when I arrived, the same person insisted they were fully booked. What’s more troubling is that I was told they don't do Afro hair, despite my hair being only slightly curly—not Afro at all. This inconsistency and the dismissive attitude I've encountered are far from the service I used to know at Saf's.

It could be 2 stars, I'm being generous. £12 for normal cut, £15 wash and cut, £10 oaps. They accept cash only. They are always happy to greet you welcome and farewell. Unfortunately the barbers smell of cigarettes which is really annoying. They are generally slow to cut your hair, fastest would be 20 mins but the new young barber took 45 mins last time, when ive been to other barbars they are done in 15 minutes or less.

Have been coming here for the past 8 years, excellent service and probably the cheapest barber shop in London. They have been charging £10 for a cut and it's only been recently that they've raised their prices to £12 for a standard haircut and even if they charged double, I would still be coming back here. The quality of service is exceptional, never had a complaint and I've been always satisfied with the result.

Really disappointing cut. A young chap who had been cutting hair for a week had a go at cutting my hair (short back sides/scissors on top). Absolutely clueless, wish he'd just admitted that he didn't know what he was doing. Had to go elsewhere to get it evened out and finished. Shouldn't be putting people with limited experience in these situations.

the barber is Very professional . The service is excellent as the barber cuts the hair the exact way the client has explained. The place is very tidy and clean. Everyone seems very cheerful and pretty fast. I enjoy having my haircut every after 2 weeks. Thank you Rizziminaj

It’s my second time there and planning to go back. It is very good for small retouches because of its fair rates. Loving my fade. Thank you!
