    Just thought I would write a review on Ainsdale Tesco’s express I cannot express more how friendly all the staff are in this shop. They’re always there to help as I go in most mornings. They always make me smile. The shop is always very clean. I never have to wait too long to be served.! I think the manager there is called Christopher? Always there to help and created a wonderful team, thank you Amanda Dawes

    Rubish shop. The old balled guy is useless. The tills don't work or load up half the time. Massive ques. They lock you out at 8pm and lock you in also. Never anyone on the tills and its overpriced. Steer well clear.sihte service.

    Contactless payments NEVER work here. Only shop I've ever had issues at. How is this a thing when the local corner shop can manage to take contactless payments but one of the biggest retailers in the country can't? I just avoid Tesco now because of it.

    Leave you waiting for ages whilst they slowly scan each item, not acknowledging people and ignore the fact a queue is growing in ignorance. Took me over 15 minutes to buy a meal deal on my lunch.

    Lovley staff, amazing infact. Really helpfull and responsible all the time. However, i count on this store every morning to be able to get my lunch for work everyday and only about once a week the meal deal shelf is full in the AM. It annoys the hell out of me, either theres only stuff that goes off that day or just bare shelves. Having to go most days without lunch because of this actually makes me hate walking into the shop. Ive spread the word now its been going on for that long and actually been told about a Co-op not too far down the road by another customer yesterday who was trying yet again (his words) to get lunch.

    No one wanted a Tescos in Ainsdale yet the council approved it against local protest. I wonder why that was? Still we had a lovely new road and pavements through the village shortly afterwards.
