Rooms basis but very clean would definitely recommend it to people wanting somewhere to stay continental breakfast but plenty to eat staff lovely couldn't do enough for you plenty of pubs and places to eat near by. Thankyou for a enjoyable stay x

I booked as a last minute stay in Sheffield and I was very happy with my stay. The staff were the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for the city centre. If you're looking for a lower cost stay in Sheffield, I highly recommend it.

Very poor hygiene, the bathroom was covered in dirt upon arrival. The internet didn’t stretch to my room. The bed was on wheels and was just moving every time I turned. The breakfast they claim to serve to all is a bag with porridge, an orange and a breakfast bar. There was no tv in my room as shown in the pictures and the walls were paper thin. For the price (I paid £50 for the night) I would recommend going somewhere else.
Argyle on tour!! What a sweet place this is. Not a lot of creature comforts with the single bed and no TV plus the cold wind blowing through an ill fitting window...but still I enjoyed it strangely and at £50 or so for the night it served my purpose. I tried to book it again but there is a Christian conference, which is the primary function for this place...hotel??
Cheap but very comfortable. All.of the regular things that you would expect in a hotel room. Brrakfast pack served at door in the morning. Clean and good atmosphere. And above all, it's right in the city centre and very close to a tram station.
Ideal spot for city centre 2 min walk to bus stop and 5 min walk to tram stop. Very clean an tidy. Comfortable bed, service was good, the lady on reception was very polite and welcoming. Only little thing l had was there was no tv in the room.
A hidden gem of a hotel that is fabulous for its free parking in the city centre. It's a basic hotel with no frills, but what else do you need? So unless you are looking for chocolates on the pillow this is a great place to stay in Sheffield. I stayed here a few times now and it's always been clean and quiet. It loses a point for no air conditioning, as it can get very warm in summer but other than that, really very very good.
