I cannot recommend Lee Johnson highly enough! From the very beginning, Lee went above and beyond to secure my mortgage quickly and with absolutely no stress on my end. He explained every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood every detail before moving forward.    I used Bridgefords recently to set up a new tenancy and was really impressed. Whole thing was streamlined and straightforward. I wanna give a big shout out to Jasmine! She was class from start to finish. No messing about, always on the ball and very industrious. I’ve dealt with a bunch of estate agents over the years in my line of work, so finding out she was new to the job genuinely shocked me. She’s already up there with the best I’ve dealt with, professional and personable.    Absolutely fantastic experience after being evicted due to a maintenance problem that had be ongoing we found a property with Bridgefords, they were brilliant start to finish especially Sarah, nothing was too much for her, any questions were answered promptly. Less than 3 weeks from holding deposit security to moving in. Even received a welcome package on the day of moving in, which was a really nice touch. Couldn’t fault it at All!! 1000% recommend!

   I am so glad I came to Bridgfords. Lee Johnson, the Mortgage and Protection Advisor helped unravel a bit of a mess made by a previous Mortgage broker who attempted to submit a fraudulent application to gain a great deal. Despite Bridgfords and Lee being very busy, the service was second to none. Constantly keeping me updated. Making things move as swiftly as possible between solicitors. Being truthful at all times and ALWAYS honouring promises made, for example, calling me back even if there was no updates. Lee provides a very personalised service and his knowledge and experience is so instinctive and professional. Lee did find it challenging to find me a competitive mortgage deal due to my unusual circumstances, but he did it, when I had been turned down numerous times before elsewhere. Buildings insurance offered was offered at very competitive rates, life insurance was discussed very thoroughly. Lee made sure I understood every word of every process. Lee is persistent and very committed, hard working and passionate about his job and his standards are very high. A lovely, approachable person. I cannot recommend his services enough. When the solicitors started to cause a bit of a delay, Lee and his team cracked the whip and ensured my "case stayed" moved on swiftly. I will recommend Bridgfords and their jewel in their crown (Lee) to all of my friends.

   I went to Bridgefords to discuss a possible mortgage to buy the house I was living in (long story). Lee Johnson the mortgage and protection consultant there was absolutely brilliant. Catering for everything I needed, regular communication emails, phone calls etc just made my life easier and the mortgage has gone through after he got me a great deal too. Couldn’t recommend him enough. The staff was also very friendly too every time I went in to the shop.
