   Booked direct 6 weeks prior to arrival… I offered to pay in full but was told it was unnecessary…. Phoned 5 weeks prior to check , was told they had my booking and would email to request payment nearer the time …. Phoned 10 days prior to make payment, was told wait till the email arrives EMAIL ARRIVES with a no reply address thanking me for my cancellation… which I obviously didn’t send …. THANKS FOR THAT MANDY … the break was my son’s birthday treat …. Btw she will not answer the phone …. Altogether dodgy setup

   Stayed overnight for a concert and it was ideal There's everything you could want it's clean and modern and the location is great just close enough out of town to avoid the noise but only a short walk to pubs and bars the added bonus is the lovely real ale bar next door but 1 For the money we cant fault it

   Stayed here last night as we had tickets to the snooker and we had a great stay. The place is clean and around 5 minutes walk from the train station and town centre. There were 3 of us and we had a room each and each one of us said we had the best sleep we’ve had for a long time. The apartment is a 5 minutes walk walk to the crucible so perfect for snooker lovers that don’t want to spend stupid money on one of the local hotels. The communication between own and us was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

   The apartment was super spacious and perfect for our stay. Large beds and comfy pillows, desks in each room and a bathroom with separate shower which was. brilliant. Blackout curtains great and plenty of plugs. Good storage in kitchen and all the basic utensils - including fairy liquid. Perfect location for swimming pool and shops. Amanda provided excellent communication, check-in arrangements and got in touch about something we'd left behind. Fantastic service - will definitely be back again.
