Chet is good, the other barber there. Not so much. Came in wanting my normal haircut, I think he decided half way through what haircut he wanted to give me.
Been going to Chet's for many years now, but he's the best barber in the area. My haircut is short, but always takes longer compared to other clients. Chet never rushes me through to get to other customers though, sculpting to perfection :) Timing it so that I go during non-busy periods has become an art form, but I wouldn't willingly go anywhere else.
Gave me a terrible haircut I asked for an inch off and he literally cut off almost all my hair
Came here 4 times to cut my hair. And every time I came out thinking I didn’t explain well enough how I wanted my cut. It feels there’s some resistance in communicating with customers and accepting personal haircut preferences. Last time, after politely asking fort the 3rd time if they could cut my hair a bit shorter, I heard “3 times?”, and I felt my haircut was finished on a rush. This is not the kind of feedback a good willing customer wants. Thanks, but I’ll chose somewhere else to cut my hair.
Good service, decent cut. They could offer to wash hair as standard and a few extra touches from other barbers.

They go above and beyond to ensure you leave satisfied. A top fresh trim each time I visit, professional and clean. Nice to find an excellent barber, been to a few near by and they just don’t meet standards.
Been going to Chet's for years and never had a issue. I've changed my hair style and length so many times and still imr happy every single time. He's a great guy and every other member of his staff have cut my hair as well and they do just as good a job! Amazing place to go to.
These guys offer the full service, and do it with a smile and great attention to detail. Been going here for over 6 months never had a bad experience. The key for me is being able to relax and enjoy going to the barbers, and these days barber prices are not cheap but you do get what you pay for here, and more!
