    We'd moved back to the area and needed somewhere to stay while our house sale went through. Harrogate Boutique Apartments on Valley Drive were absolutely brilliant for us. Central, well presented and comfortable. Having them cleaned once a week was also a bit of a treat! The convenience of having a short term, flexible let, with parking pass was absolutely spot on.

    We stayed at an apartment between house moves for three months-the location and size of the apartment was ideal for all the family. They are very well equipped which is great when all your worldly possessions are in storage! Suzanne was super helpful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5 Star service all round.

    Lovely apartment, everything you need, lovely stop gap for me and my wife, really enjoyed the stay for 2 months while we were between homes, it was quiet, good parking access, host was extremely helpful meeting our needs.

    Terrible service. Was charged for a stove hob that we did not break. We informed them about the broken stove hob and was assured that it was not an issue. So they left it with us for weeks but conveniently changed it a couple of days before we left and then proceeded to charge us for it. There was no mention that this was an issue or the charges would be made. The apartment it self was mouldy. The bathroom had no proper ventilation so it was always moist. We had to use two humidifiers for the apartment but the windows constantly had moisture on them. We constantly flagged this issue but no fix was made and we were told this was normal. Even the cleaners had pointed out that this happens because of the poor maintenance. Would not recommend, and we stayed there for 2.5 months. They also keep dismissing negative reviews as tenants who do not stay there. This is in fact a lie and the reviews do come from past tenants. Very unfortunate to leave this review. But it’s very unethical to make charges without disclosing. And also to leave us in the house with a faulty hob assuring us that there was no issue. This is even more distressing as we were living in Suzanne’s apartment with my 3 month old baby.
