“Stayed in a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath apartment that was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, glassware, even basic spices and cooking oil, coffee and tea, detergent tabs for the dishwasher mixing bowls, etc. The staff working there are genuinely interested in making their guests’ experiences good, and take pride in their work - it showed in the daily interactions not only with me, but with what I witnessed. Parking to unload bags required a bit of creativity, but the location is honestly so conveniently located, and parking is easily walkable, so that totally made up for it. Highly recommend Harrogate Lifestyle Luxury Serviced Apartments!”
“The food here is top quality. We had the taster menu and we were very impressed with the amount of food and quality of the food. Would highly recommend!”
“Went here for tea. As you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly member of the team, and it gets better from there. All the staff are great and welcoming. Food is amazing with great choices of greek cuisine and a great atmosphere. Would be wise to book, as although not over busy when we went, i imagine it can be.”
“We have just picked up our dog and he has had a wonderful time. He loves to go to the Pet Hotel where the staff are amazing, they love the animals and he comes home happy and relaxed. We have used the Pet Hotel for many years and highly recommend their top quality service where the staff are cheerful knowledgeable with a genuine love for all the dogs in their care.”
“Couldn’t recommend this place enough, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, with great decor, the food in the evenings was 10/10 and same goes with breakfast, the service was great too. I will definitely be back.”
“Another great stay at The West Park. Great service, friendly staff and lovely food. The penthouse suite is a must if you fancy a romantic weekend away or just to live it up for a few days. Two en-suites, dressing room, very large bedroom and lovely living room area. The food was excellent as was the head of house team colleague Borus. I have stayed at The West Park on a few occasions now and various other hotels in Harrogate and I can honestly say this is by far the best hotel in Harrogate.”
“Stayed in a 2 bed apartment at Bank Chambers. Excellent flat in a great location. Tastefully decorated and fitted out with all the mod cons. Knaresborough is a lovely little town with some good pubs and restaurants in itself and only a short cab/train ride from Harrogate. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.”
“Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful home over the last few months… it really did feel like home and we needed that so much after our flood experience!!”
“I recently stayed at the Hotel du Vin while travelling for work, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was generously sized, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with excellent quality and variety. What truly distinguished my stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by Adrian. His warm manner and willingness to assist made every request feel effortless. I would highly recommend the Hotel du Vin to anyone seeking a refined and comfortable stay in Harrogate.”
“Beautiful hotel. Our room was plain, but had all we needed including a comfortable bed. Our evening meal was lovely and the young waiting staff did a great job. They were all efficient and also pleasant and friendly. The reception staff were also helpful and friendly. Breakfast had everything we could possibly have wanted. Not a single negative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
“A stayover for a murder mystery in Harrogate. It was a fabulous experience From arriving to leaving. Although a cashless hotel they have items for sale such as jewellery (gorgeous) gloves and handbags on display which were for sale with cash (glad I took cash as I bought some jewellery). The staff were lovely and helpful the food was delicious. The hotel was clean and well kept. I do have 1 small complaint there is a charge of £12 to park there which when booked was not advised of. However just so people are aware I did not see the information on the website (maybe I missed it). The murder mystery dinner was really excellent. Would recommend both the "murder mystery" and the hotel.”
“Stayed for 3 nights in September, and it was just fine. Pub opposite not very friendly, but good beers. Breakfast was pretty good - I don't usually eat in hotels - I prefer to go out to local outlets, but they were all very expensive, so went with the hotel. It was very good, especially the sausages. Mind you the eggs were just instant scrambled ones - not very nice. Good location, would recommend for a stay in Harrogate.”
“Fantastic 2 day stay. Hotel in beautiful grounds with plenty of parking. In a residential area within easy walk of town centre. Love an old hotel that has been modernised. Friendly helpful smartly dressed staff. Room was comfortable with all the facilities you require, including a fan. Clean and modern. We were on the back which was quiet. Breakfast had a good choice and was fresh. We had an evening meal, served in a lovely restaurant. Will definitely stay again. No complaints.”
“It's a budget hotel in a great location. It's not 5 star but that's not what it's meant to be. If you want a cheap, clean room in a good location with the added bonus of a Wetherspoons next door then it's ideal”
“After a long hike in the rain me and my partner stopped for a bite to eat and a drink at this quaint little pub. The staff were lovely and dried our coats by the fire while we got some delicious food. For anyone looking for a digital detox and some great conversation be sure to pop in if you’re in the area.”
“This hotel is ideally located a 5 minute walk from Hornbeam Park train station, so it's easy to get a train to Harrogate centre, Knaresborough, York or Leeds. There is ample parking. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower (overwhelmed bath). Good breakfast options.”
“Great hosts went over and above with a warm welcome. Such a beautiful spot. We enjoyed a great walk in Harewood house estate and an afternoon in Harrogate.”
“Really beautiful old hotel. Room was spacious, clean and bathroom well stocked. Staff were really friendly. We were a walkin and ended up staying an extra night. Location is great for the town and of course the paking was a real bonus because of prices of street parking in the other hotels. Highly recommend.”
“Beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Staff are friendly , approachable , well presented and charismatic with plenty of knowledge especially the bar and carters restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and you can see this with presentation and professionalism. We Didn’t mind staying over despite a large wedding in the afternoon/ evening. After all it is an events Hotel. Great work from all the team and the food is sublime. Few photos to view- spa was stunning and much needed !! Helpful staff and loved to glimpse a sneak peak of the wedding arrangements.”
“I had a great experience with Northwood as a buyer. My estate agent was Karen, who was swift to respond and relay communications re. negotiations efficiently and effectively. I was lucky that the vendor had chosen Northwood as they helped the sale go through quickly and without unnecessary delays. Thanks!”
“Just booked our first cruise, and Linda couldn't have been more helpful, explained everything, what to expect etc. Other family members also booked, we don't live in the area, and did everything over the phone. Linda was superb throughout the process. Thanks”
“Visited the hotel today for afternoon tea and it was simply lovely. The young man who met us at the front door was friendly and helpfully took us through to the dining area. The waitress who served us was amazing -friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. And the food was just gorgeous! 2 hours spent relaxing in a beautiful setting, drinking prosecco and eating beautiful food- a really great way to spend a Friday afternoon. Thank you.”
“Excellent rooms with lovely underfloor heating. Pub food was very good and breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.”
“Mucky Paws is the very best kennel/dog day care ever. Brilliant people who are consistently understanding, helpful, and fantastic with our mad dog, Georgie. I cannot praise them enough!!”
“We use Harlow kennels regularly for day boarding and for longer holidays. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly! Our rescue dog is very nervous and they have helped her settle in really well. Would thoroughly recommend.”
“I recently stayed at The Inn at Cheltenham Parade in Harrogate and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly spacious plenty of room to relax and unwind after exploring the town. The highlight, though, was the food. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious dishes, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Each meal felt special, whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a little something in between. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole stay feel extra inviting. If you’re looking for somewhere in Harrogate that combines comfort, style, and fantastic food, I couldn’t recommend The Inn at Cheltenham Parade more highly.”
“My review is not about looking after my bearded collie Bubba. That is always fantastic, I sometimes feel he'd rather stay there than come hope to us ! No, my review is about the helpfulness and sensitivity of the staff. I recently returned from Croatia and was quite literally in bagggage reclaim when I got a call to say my father had died that morning. He had lived alone in Chester and I had to go there. Of course we were supposed to pick Bubba up and I knew the kennels were very busy. Nonetheless when I explained the circumstances they could not have been more helpful and sympathetic - Bubba could stay longer. That was enormously helpful and very much appreciated. They were equally accommodating (and equally busy) when they fitted him in when I had to go the funeral. Thank you North Rigton you are marvelous !”
“Terrific trip to Cuba. Everything was well organized. Can’t recommend Alex strongly enough. He is superb with great attention to detail and a wonderful “can do” attitude. Miguel and Reyno (spelling?) were superb drivers.”
“Best place to stay in Harrogate. Close walk to shopping, resturants and train. Great living and spacious conditions.”
