   We did not stay in hotel, but ate in the Bistro. The food was very nice and the wine list was extensive. The service was sketchy, but I think down to an off night. However, the Hotel Manager, Adam, sorted everything for us. Will be back again.

   I recently stayed at the Hotel du Vin while travelling for work, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was generously sized, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with excellent quality and variety. What truly distinguished my stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by Adrian. His warm manner and willingness to assist made every request feel effortless. I would highly recommend the Hotel du Vin to anyone seeking a refined and comfortable stay in Harrogate.

   We only went for dinner. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The food menu is quite limited and rather expensive for what it actually was. Ive had much nicer meals for far less cost. The service was patchy but polite and friendly. It took a very long time to get our bill at the end and then a food service charge as well as a bar service charge was added.

   Hotel Du Vin is in a perfect spot for exploring Harrogate. Overall, it's a nice hotel and the service was friendly and polite although a little slow in the dining room at breakfast. I was disappointed in the room - it was perfectly clean and comfortable but for a Deluxe room, the decor didn't feel deluxe to me. It was very plain and I'd go as far as to say bland. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows weren't great. But, we had a great stay and loved exploring the local area. Yorkshire is really beautiful.

   Two night stay for our anniversary weekend, with a really pleasant reception. Breakfast was so-so on the first day, but much better second day. Room was comfortable with an excellent bed, and the housekeeping service for our room was superb! Bed was re-made (even though we didn’t expect it) and everything placed back on the bed in exactly the same position.

   My wife and I love coming to any Hotel Du Vin - having ticked Cambridge and York off the list in the last 18months it was lovely to visit Harrogate. A lovely warm/homely feel when you enter to be greeted by smiling staff at the front desk who are more than happy to help (a free room upgrade was also well received). The facilities are great, the room was lovely especially with a roll top bath. The food in the restaurant was delicious with friendly service at the table, no request seemed too much. We will certainly come back in the future, and look forward to visiting other hotels in the same group soon.

   Underwhelmed by my visit. My partner and I called in today for coffee and lunch. We arrive at around 2pm so only the bar menu was available for food which was fine. The food was ok, but no better. A little expensive but it is a hotel so I suppose that’s to be expected. One frustration was that the bar had no staff most of the time meaning there were 3 or 4 times when we wanted additional items but had to wait for staff to return. I was further disappointed when I went to the gents loo. It is awful - very poor repairs and terrible amateurish decoration. Not particularly dirty or unsanitary, just really shabby. I expected much more with the reputation it has (or had). I won’t be in a hurry to go back.

   Great location for main attractions of town centre. Be prepared to miss out on very limited parking spaces-we were lucky as someone was leaving. Very smart and comfortable but my friend and I were a little disappointed by breakfast- bacon dry/burnt, small portions and the salsa with the avocado was too vinegary. Service at breakfast was slow too. Hopefully not typical and wouldn't stop us going back.

   Very nice hotel and Harrogate looks like a lovely place to visit when you have more time, sadly this was a work visit so no sight seeing. Rooms are clean/tidy only down side was my room had a very squeaky floor which may have annoyed any guest in the room beneath me. Sadly didn't get to sample the Bistro but lots of places to eat within a very short walking distance.
