Lovely bar, got a seat quickly and very quick service. Tom C served us and he was a lovely gentleman. Good vibe in here. Even enjoyed listening to Tracey singing along to the music
We ordered and paid for food, received the wrong receipt and order number. Asked staff about this and they stated that there was nothing they could do about this. They stated they would check their cameras, and to which they seen us ordering food and still refused to give us any money back or any food. Stated that we would have to order and pay again.
Abil or Abdil the server was extremely polite and kind which is hard to find helpful staff nowadays at an airport
Gui and Rahima were very friendly, the service is excellent, the coffee is very good
No craft beers, no hand pulled beer, no coffee or tea and no sandwiches, or food. And plastic cups.. £7:50 a pint.. Large suffer bar.
The dearest pint I have ever purchased at £7.49. Lounge for me in future. No wonder there’s not a prominent price list.
