   I own an adjoining property. There is an aissue with their roof which is causing damage to my property. I cannot get them to do anything despite my paying 2 builders both of whom say the issue is with Jigsaw's property and not mine.

   Never ever in my life have I lived in such a depressing, dirty house. The company couldn't care less. The day I got my keys and went to the house this is the state I found it in. The kitchen was filthy, there was holes in the doors in the front room, there was a door missing from one of the bedrooms, there were no plugs for any of the sinks or bath. I rang to complain and they told me they hadn't had it cleaned - really! Any issue I had they did not fix or sort these are nothing but modern day slum lords avoid at all cost.

   I lived and rented a place from them in beechcliffe for a few years, the landlord advertised the property as "clean, ready to move into, part furnished, and newly decorated" when i got there it was dirty there was no room to get any furniture up the narrow and unsafe staircase, the heaters had no way of turning them up or down just one setting "full heat" and even that wasn't much, the place was falling to pieces, the windows didn't open properly, there was a fire and we were lucky to survive as they wasn't even a fire alarm in the building ! Still to this day the landlord has done nothing to fix the property other than some white paint and second hand doors, you can still see the smoke stained windows and i haven't lived there for a year now, they have new tenants in there which if you ask me is wrong on so many levels, the landlord was also racist and blamed us for the state of the flats that were already in the state they was, he kept giving us false promises after the fire like 'i shall fully refurbish all your flats and the building' i was there another year after the fire and he did absolutley nothing, the only reason i stayed so long is because i was desperate to get out of one of the other dosshole flats they have in town. I will never use them ever in my life again because they were all nice and friendly when you was in the office paying rent but still let landlords get away with all that.

   Rang them requesting a viewing for a house which they have advertised as for sale online. Their response was they "don't know whether it's for sale or not" and the chap got quite shirty about it!! Very strange, especially when they are still listing this house online!

   They don't care about their tenants. I am still waiting for them to fix my heating. I called them Friday and after 5 days they even don't answer to my calls. This is impossible. I don't have any hot water for a shower and also I have to spend a lot of money for electricity to try to warm the house.
