The apartments and the landlord are ok. The carpets need updating. The price is affordable. It's hard to get your electric meter readings. Some of the tenants are questionable and there is often the odour of cigarette and marijuana as well. The floors are not sound proof and you can hear the tenants above walking/running loudly.

Good location, little far away but ample parking and decent sized rooms. The beds and comfy and accomodation clean and tidy. Very good price.
Had an OK stay here. Could hear upstairs jumping around all night as the floor/ceiling must be pretty thin, other than that a nice apartment.
Turned up to find that the room wasn't available due to vandalism. Was offered another room in a house over 15 minutes drive away with no furniture (not even beds) and a dodgy lock. There was little or no communication from the business from booking onwards, so to turn up and find that they were this unprepared shouldn't have been a surprise.
