   My first experience of Couzins Barbers is without a doubt something I wanted to share with as many people as possible. What a great place for all kinds of barbering needs. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, genuinely polite and courteous staff offering amazing customer service. Upon arrival I was offered a beverage that you you would expect from huge chains but for a local place it was a welcoming gesture. My haircut was the best I have had in years and was exactly how I wanted it. My barber took the time to perfect my haircut which I felt great about and everyone I work with and family have commented on how great my haircut looked. I would recommend this place just for the great experience they provided and will never ever consider going anywhere else. The owner is a genuine diamond and that is hard to find these days, why not pop into the cafe next door which he owns as well. I will do a review for that later. People support your local businesses. Places like Couzins Barbers are undiscovered gems.

   Had a cut before lockdown - very good cut and friendly staff. They are now operating on a 'appointment only' basis. I've tried to call but their phone has been switched off every day. How do they expect people to make an appointment when they are refusing to take any calls? It's beyond me.

   1st haircut since lockdown for me and my son. We had a very warm welcome and the service was excellent. They were attentive to my hair and beard style preference and the conversation was good. Fair prices too. The shop was clean, all COVID-19 requirements were in place: hand sanitiser was provided on entry, disposable bibs, barber had face mask and gloves, equipment, seat and area were sanitised after each customer... overall very satisfactory experience.    Customer service: boat loads of it. Skilled barber: you bet. Friendly dog sometimes: yeah she’s great. Impeccable service coupled with brilliant trims. Never had a bad experience and if you’re lucky you get some bants too. Don’t bring your wife though; Costa’s a handsome guy.

   Costa's is the best barbershop round here by a mile. Costa always has suggestions for his customers but also asks questions and listens to make sure they get exactly what they want. I I've had mine done by Paul the last few times and now I don't really have to tell him much at all, he just sorts it out! I'd suggest calling first, or you could be in for a long wait. I don't mind waiting though - the banter with Cos is hilarious! Just a fantastic traditional barbershop.

The haircuts are always spot on, the shaves are superb and all done with a smile and some friendly banter among both staff and patrons alike. A real, traditional men's barbers in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended A++++++++
