   Not every one is excellent here. Dory is an excellent barber however had a bad experience with other barber as well. So please stick to your regular one if not available just walk out

   Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never seen such a bad cut anywhere, ever. The barber didn’t even bother — just used the machine for 5-6 minutes max, no scissors, no effort, no care. It looks like someone practiced on me for the first time. And for that, they charged £21? Unbelievable. Never going back, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you have lots money please don't go there give to some charity please...

   They never mention a price for normal hair cut and they charge too much of money Worst service ever in london. For normal haircut they charge £21 and react in a rude way. If anyone wants to go there please check the price with them before you go for service

   Tbh I visited this barber shop many times before they changed the barber. The new one is super unprofessional and charges more than the price mentioned on the board. Also, don't use scissors, only the machine. I can do that myself. Please look carefully at the prices before you sit down. Avoid at all costs

   Most definitely the worse barber shop in Ilford. The staff working in the shop have zero customer service skills. I came today and the barber was too busy having a conversation with the customer, despite me mentioning I had an appointment. I’ve visited this store three times and every time I’ve walked out as the staff are extremely incompetent, rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all cost, big zero stars from me.

   !!!DO NOT GO THERE!!! The guy does not know how to hold the blade and the trimmer. While trying trim the beard he trimmed the moustache. All he managed to cut was my skin. Full on the worst barber I have ever been to. After messing up my hair and beard he had the audacity to charge me £20.

   Great guys ! The haircut is alright but get the face wash and you are going to leave feeling like a new man. They also do face masks as well (not that I am into that sort thing but I can see the appeal).

   The barbers are great and have some very good customer service as well. The barber shop itself is very nice and clean as well plus very well kept. (Plus decent prices. £15 pounds for a nice cut)
