   Really Good Place Highly Recommend Used couple of others in the area but there ok but this place is the best they know what there doing also 2-3 mins walk to Barking Station and Town Centre also right next to a masjid

   Definitely the best barbers in the area. I've tried all the ones around Barking station and this one is best value for money. I get a haircut and beard done, wash and hot towel for £26 which is the best price I've found for this service, the hot towel is really nice and they're the only place I've found that put lotion on your face and properly massage it with the towel. I've been to both the older guy and the young guy, and they're both really good - never had any issues. The barber is talking to his friend most of the haircut - but for me I don't mind this at all. I'm not the talkative type, so it doesn't bother me if he wants to talk to his friend. If this bothers you then maybe you won't like this part, but for me everything else was spot on and great for the price. Like I said, I've been to all the other barbers around Barking station and none of them can do a skin fade as well as these guys

   I have used Friends Barber many times. They have always provided me with a very good haircut and beard trim according to my specifications. The only improvement that I would suggest would be to allow the option to pay by card.

   Very friendly and excellent service, first time at this place, clean place. Brilliant cut and trim and price very competitive. Only 4 star because they didn't have enough hot towels but they were busy and they being washed, music a bit to loud and toilet out of service. But still Highly recommend, will be coming here again maybe they may get 5 star on next visit! Close to Barking station and bus stops right outside, parking available at the local park opposite.

   Their seating/waiting area is really good. It is the main reason I come here to get a standard haircut over the other nearby places where I could get the same standard haircut for a lot cheaper. They have 3 barbars, lots of extra options to choose from, every haircut (£13) comes with a free wash, full service (haircut, beard, face mask, nose hair pluck, ears) will cost you £30.

   I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel I have to this time. I was in Barking and decided to have a haircut there after checking the reviews. Bad luck. I think it depends on who you get as your barber. There were 3 guys working. I had a really bad experience with mine. I wish I had paid more attention when he was cutting and had the confidence to tell him is that it? when he was finishing but I trusted the guy and he combed my hair afterwards and I did not notice any major problem after the combing. I paid £12. I had to wait for about 90 min to get to my turn, and the cut itself lasted just under 20min and the guy gave me a rushed service and he was talking to others during the cutting. At home, I noted the rushed service I obtained and the errors he had made. It really was not worth me paying £12 (price included the wash). Yes you may be busy but if you are providing a service, please respect your customer especially as they have been waiting for a long time and paid for this.
