   I’ve never had a barber mess up my hair this badly. It looked like zero effort or skill was put into it. The cut was uneven, lines were crooked, and the result was so bad I didn’t even want to leave the shop. When I tried to explain the issue, he acted like it wasn’t his fault. This was a complete waste of money and honestly one of the worst grooming experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place unless you want to risk walking out with your confidence destroyed.

   Great service as always at Zotos Barber! Got a really nice cut yesterday clean, sharp, and exactly how I wanted it. The team always delivers excellent customer service, and it’s such a welcoming environment. It was also great to see the new guy very pleasant and professional and reconnect with the familiar faces who’ve been cutting my hair for months . Always a solid experience at Zotos. Highly recommend. The service is 101%.

   I had a great experience at this barbershop! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. My barber really took the time to understand the haircut I wanted and made sure everything looked perfect. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a nice atmosphere. I also didn’t have to wait long, and the prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fresh cut and great service!

   Been going to Zotos Barbers for a number of years now and always been happy with staff friendliness, hygiene and quality of cut. I also have two boys aged 6 & 15 and both really happy (my little one won’t go anywhere else). I usually have skin fade with top trimmed and line for parting. Boys seem to vary their styles that they want but always seem to come away with what they wanted. Not sure why they have some poor reviews on here as I’ve never experienced anything they have suggested. I know the shop has gone through a few trainees so that’s the only thing I can imagine. A shame as personally I can’t fault them.
