Really bad service, the old hairdresser is so unprofessional and rude. Friends and families have told me same aswell. Owner Ali needs to look into this concern and feedback and take actions.
Men with long hairs be cautious before taking service from this shop, the Guy aged between 35-40 ruined my hairs then misbehaved as well. They in my opinion fell short of the standard required for serving the customer, Thanks.
I have been their customer for a long time and am very satisfied with the service. I recommend.
On 26th May, got there 25 mins to 7pm and the bearded guy with long hair refused to serve me saying it was too late. While he was trying to get rid of me, he was on tiktok and sitting like he was at the beach. No regard for customer whatsoever. Their closing time says 7pm but they stop serving after 6.30pm even when there is no customer in the shop already. This is the heads up for other customers and more importantly the owners of this branch! Please get rid of unprofessional staff. I then went further down the new north road and this guy was very happy to give me a cut even when it was 6.50pm. Also please note. I only wanted to get my beard trim with scissors which literally takes 10 mins max.
Short wait, quick haircut and very reasonable price. Clean salon.
I always get my trim and beard maintenance from here every two or one weeks never disappoints myself it’s worth every single penny brilliant costumer service and barbers are awesome

Well I reckon the barber don’t need business. This is the 4th time I went in last 6 months twice with my 4 year old and he turned us down saying come after an hour or couple of hours. If you are taking breaks, please put it on Google Maps schedule or say it on your shop front. And today when I said, ‘it’s 4th time you are turning down a haircut to me’, he replied, ‘what can I do if you come at wrong time’, it was 3:12pm. I was amazed with the answer and just left. There is no further conversation required.
