Centrally situated in Mynydd Isa with ample parking, Sainsbury's Local is a well stocked grocery store with more stock than you would expect to find at a corner shop. The store likely provides most provisions that people might need for daily purposes without having to resort to major superstores in Mold or Broughton.
Don't order from them with deliveroo. There's always something missing, or wrong! They also don't care how they pack your shopping. Very often, things are squashed, and any ready meals are like something a dog threw up when it gets to you!
Old bloke behind till is a jobsworth with no patience. He was shaking his head at two young girls who's card was not working, something that's happened to all of us but he was clearly irate. He then ID'd me, a 32 year old man (and dressed like one in Jeremy Clarkson jeans and a scraggy polo) , for a vape.
I live in wakey and got told by my mates to come over there since it was a good shop. Little did I know the manager came up to me and spat on my face. I was traumatised and had to go for a ptsd scan in my local doctors. I hope this has not happened to anyone else. This is diabolical and "kerry" one of the workers spanked me because I have a wheelchair.

Brilliant store, clean and tidy, always full shelves and the staff are friendly helpful and cheerful. A pleasure to shop there especially through covid. Feels safe and well organised.
Fabulous local shop. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Could do with stocking a bit more of a vegan range, other than that awesome.
