Have falsely accused me of shoplifting twice after payment has been taken via debit card once via a cashier (have cctv of transaction and reciept) once self service. Assaulted me at the door (have this cctv also) and made defaming statements. Worst retailer experience of my life. Lidl @customercare, you given a reply only to sway public opinion. I laid my complaint toward yourself over a series of probably 100 emails but you never approach the complaint. I also sourced the cctv from lidl at the same time. Your @customercare is more abhorrent than the experience in store. Lidl as a group are poor, abusive and miminalistic is the view I hold. Your concern is for your reputation NOT mine, I portray your being dishonest. As stated have cctv of assault at door, cctv of transaction and a reciept and the transaction on my bank statement (which i also sent lidl) and personal video of your staff defaming my person that I took after the event of stop n search. again all sent to lidl. I do thank that young lad on the till for scanning all my items correctly. But still hold ill feels for looking in my bag without consent This is SOME of the emails I sent I've hounded lidl for period of 2 or 3 months. You say nothing privately only here public to manipulate the public. Was only part of my grievance initially customer care own the other part. I'm not complaining at this point, I'm providing information for the public in order for them to make choices and recognise the disregard and vulnerability the retailer puts the public under in this high rate of shoplifing era encouraged in my opinion by the retailer through minimalistic practices and poor staffing levels, customer relationship Whilst also making the public pay for the increase in shoplifting through the price a customer pays instore. Rather than having decent security and staffing level where shoplifting is observed not presumed. Information recieved upon subject access request for ALL cctv upon which the subject was present birthed only 2 cctv camera 1 at the cashier (manned watching him and the money?) ((Who I'd also claim illegally searched my bag by looking into it as I pay on said cctv)) 1 at the door. MINIMALISTIC request response or MINIMALISTIC cctv coverage. Present facts let public decide for themselves Update Have subject accessed lidl the legislation behind this directs me to prove who I am as the subject, therefore lidl have had my passport details in way of a photographic copy. They know exactly who I am and exactly what I say because I've said it all to them. And more. Attended store to hear of concern for my words upon this review (yes obviously i have video of this too) Rep showed ignorance of it's existence not concern. As I say your reply was the least you could do. Resolution was offered by myself at many points but rejected by lidl Ignorance is plain to see. Ignored every message. Ignord me when I messaged you to tell you that due to the impact the experience had upon me I'd not eaten any of the food that i PAID for at your store for 3 days and was about to start a 10 hour shift. Food that I had to pick up from the floor after a flat refusal of a refund, being first offer of resolve. I now have no offer and come to reclaim reputation. Oh yeah rang back to lay complaint again as was misrepresented first time. Pic there! Farrah manager who I view as my assailant I notice further down poses as (owner) and repping customer service. As I suspected the store is actually the customer service hence why my complaint was not taken up. Managers a liar. Lies about what happened states stopped ne in store and asked me to leave when that untrue. I shopped paid then was assaulted. As shown in pic, libel Emma's very smirky as the managers continues to call me a shoplifter after searching my property and finding nothing as shown in pic from personal vid. Lidl on prices high on disregard Bang to rights in a review PROBONO anyone? Everything stated here is confirmed by the images included.

Enjoyed my shop in Lidl as I like to buy the interesting sausages/wurstβΊοΈ I bought lots of vegetables for a stew and they were very good quality and much better than Asda. I was surprised at how cheap it all was considering how much I'd bought. Very pleased

Nice shop. I must go here around everyday or 2 because I just love to get out the house and get a bakery item. Nice selection of bakery items, but some prices can be absolutely ridiculous, 90p for a millionare shortbread!! Stock is mostly good.

Excellent, as usual. Good selections of English, German and Polish meat and meat products in particular. Very efficient checkout. Worth my monthly 10 mile drive to get there.

Check you haven't been charged for a bag you already brought with you. This is a ongoing issue i have pointed out to the staff several times only for it to happen again and again. I wonder if they have some kind of target to hit on bag sales?

Sorry but Lidl are letting themselves down, this store in particular. I go to other stores all over Liverpool and the surrounding areas and this has to be the poorest stocked I've ever seen. I know it may not be the individual store but there was virtually nothing I went in for. As the pictures show. And don't get me started on the beer, wines and spirits section. Sorry but it's a 2 star from me and that's being generous.
