I feel that the traditional barber experience is sadly no longer there as the barbers just want to rush through the cut and make you leave as quickly as possible and never properly style your hair at the end, leaving an unfinished comb job. No offer for coffee, no service with a smile This cash only barber is no different, no gratitude for customers.
Rubbish customer service, they open at 10am on Sunday and i was first one in, and they have back door from where they let all their friends and family in and about 5 of them walked in after me from back door and the barber without asking me gave all 5 of them first go, me and my son waited hours, eventually we walk out. No curtesy or apology.. very rude staff and rubbish service. They have opened the shop for their friends and family only…..!!!
Poor customer service, the staff in the barber shop do not know how to properly fade, nor can they give a nice scissor cut. The shape up was absolutely atrocious. In addition the environment of the barbershop was disgusting, I don’t think hygiene is a priority to them. Would not recommend to anyone.
Went yesterday for the 1st time for myself and asked for a hot towel shave on my head and a clean up and trim on my beard. The guy shaved my head with clippers then trim my beard down? lined it up with razor and then after all this he decided to use hot towel as tho he was wiping my face with it? No pruduct on my face before towel put in an some silly alcohol that basically burned my face a neck after. I was basically charged £22 for a shape up? There was no hot towel experience it was not relaxing no offer of a drink or anything. I gave him 23 and change and was prepared to give a tenner tip if it was proper but its not so that one pound something will be the last tip they get from me. Not only have they lost me as a customer but my son wont be going back there either. They need training in here on a hot towel experience as they are selling it and charging for it but dont know exactly what it is? They either not turkish or this particular barber just lazy and not willing to do the job to satisfactory level. Walked out a very unhappy customer and went home to shave my head with a razor as thats what i thought i was paying for? Hopefully they learn by their mistakes but they wont making any more mistakes with me.
The staff are poor, they only want to finish your haircut quickly and do not listen to what you actually say. I looked at the price online and it said £10, I went in, got a 0-1 fade and the guy says to me “thats £15.“ He didn't even give me a good cut because i asked for only a bit off the top and the guy almost made me bald! This place is a scam, don't come here!!
Mine & my 2 boys new barbers. Staff are excellent & all of the barbers there give quality haircuts. My youngest is 3 & they have no problems cutting or communicating with him & giving him a top quality haircut. Defo recommend these boys.
