   AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Absolutely disgusting shop. The 4ft guy was so disrespectful. My brother walked in and the guy didn’t want to cut his hair and he kept running around asking for mario. Then the manager shouted at him to cut my brothers hair. This guy comes up to my brother and starts touching my brothers hair and saying your hair is dirty!!! Like what??????? How dare you. You racist guy!!! And then my brother told him i washed my hair yesterday and he is saying don’t lie to me.!!!! What on earth is going on! How dare you??!?? This shop should be closed.

   Well I took my son for a haircut to Ali Barbers.I he’d to interrupt one’s or twice because observing him cutting my son hair was like watching a amateur practicing.I think he was more interested talking to he’s Mates than cutting my son hair.And I just had to tell him to stop, My son started crying because he is very sensitive when it comes to his hair.there Attitude stinks.Took my money and left. Even 1⭐️ is to much for them.

   This was the worst haircut of my life absolutely butchered my head no understanding of any barbering terms left me with bumps as machines were no clean. Asked for a skin fade but got a 0.5 why am I still seeing hair?. Asked for a medium fade please explain why the hell is it as high as my hairline. Honestly it is ridiculous to be giving £30.00 for a rushed unprofessional haircut with no communication. Should have gone to TOP LOOK further up at least they understand barbering. My only advice is avoid this shop at all costs.

   Walked in shop no one made eye contact with me or said hello. This was 3pm. I left the chair and shop at like 4.30, I'm bald and have a beard. The guy cutting me couldn't seem to get the line straight underneath my neck line. I kept mentioning it and he kept cutting the wrong side. Nice enough fellow but a bit if a rubbish beard trim. 1/5.

   Terrible experience. First they said my previous haircut was done wrongly and then he started we do this and that but then once he started seemed like he was in hurry. I paid for skin fade, beard and wash and they ended up giving a trim to hair with improper drop fade and for the beard don’t even talk about it. I said Italian cut beard and he had no idea what it is. Didn’t fix my moustache just trimmed with the trimmer and boom done and i had to ask about the wash cuz the man was in hurry and was making faces.

   Your luck is to find a barber who can speak English, there are few good barbers in there, I cannot deny it, just go with an open mind and play the Russian roulette and hope you get a barber that is nice friendly and can communicate with you, if you are not so lucky there is always google translate

   First time getting hair cut here. Wasn’t impressed. Cut me hair fine but didn’t dry it left me walking out with wet hair, the service was rushed I was in and out within 10mins. Then get charged £19 for the pleasure. Cheaper and better barbers in Romford

   Worst barber I've ever been to. Gave them a shot twice, both times terrible uneven cut. Lady that usually works by the entrance and young guy next to her very bad. Avoid, there are some much better barbers nearby for the same price.

   This was my first visit and the guy did a good job. They take American Express, too and you get £5 back off your bill from Amex. Pleasant, airy shop and being right in the middle of the town centre makes it handy.

   Terrible , would not be returning and will not recommend to anyone, in fact I recommend the lions cave in Harold hill always 10/10 there will make the extra journey and effort , where do I start . Took my little brother and myself for a cut , staff are rued and attmosphere was not nice , seemed all to be arguing in which one lady had to tell one to calm down , ! I got the cut, wash and style asked for 2 on sides which was fine then said if ok afterwards I went no u haven’t touched the top, washed or styled which he then did and acted as it was too much , my little brother said they were rough and was a very unpleasant experience, and had to send him straight in to get his hair washed as they sent him with load of hairs still over his forehead !!! Seems to be a new team/management mabye should have it looked at , as I said terrible experience
