   As a loyal customer for more than 6 years I can say the new barbers are ruining the business. I asked for a low skin fade which never been a problem before and the guy started to cut way too high. When I confronted him he said “don’t worry it will blend”. How can you blend if it is already too high? Long story short I left with a high skin fade and the guy said next time show me a picture??? Brother, if you don’t know a the difference between a high/low/mid fade then you’re in the wrong business. Just a tip for future customers: stay away from the young barbers as they clearly need more training.

   I have been a customer here for over 8 years and always valued the service, but after my most recent experience I will not be returning. I arrived at 5:40pm, on the 19th September 2025, well within opening hours (closing time is 6:30pm). There was only one person waiting and two barbers available, yet I was refused service by the skinny barber. I didn’t argue or explain my situation, there was no point in trying to beg for a haircut, but I left disappointed, especially as I needed it for a work event the following day. This isn’t simply about one haircut. It’s about customer service, respect, and running a business consistently to the hours advertised. Closing early in practice, just because the owner is not there or turning people away without reason, reflects poorly on the shop’s standards. A side note to the owner: I hope you are aware of how some of your staff are treating long-standing customers. After nearly a decade of loyalty, to be dismissed like this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, you have now lost my business, and I imagine others will feel the same if this behaviour continues.

   Used to be really good, never ever had a problem. Recently bought my youngest son in and completely different lengths on each side. Added so much hair product you couldn’t tell until it was washed out. Older son came in yesterday cut way too short, when he said it was too short the barber said thats what you asked for! Language barrier doesn’t help when you are trying to explain.

   Solid gents hair dresser. Don't expect too much and you will be quite happy. £16 for basic cut with hot towels and flames for ears. Sit and wait cash only.

   A great and fantastic place to go to get a haircut. They charge around £3 less than Super Cut's at Lakeside, and they do your ear hair, eyebrows, square it all off with a cutthroat razor on the back of your neck, and then finish it off with lotion and a hot towel... Makes you feel proper fresh.
