   Absolutely disgusting customer service for loyal customer of 7 years. I missed an appointment as my husband was in hospital. A genuine mistake on my part. I called to apologise and was told there would be a £15 fine. I said I was disappointed as we had never missed an appointment however I would have paid as I don't like confrontation and appreciate this is a small business. What I did object to was how rude the man was and the way he spoke to me. Absolutely no need for the nasty and aggressive tone. I will take my business to someone who who has better inter personal skills and someone that doesn't shout at their customers.

   The new owners of this dog groomers are appalling! Took my cockerpoo there and he left with the worst cut he has ever had. The groomer made a complete mess of him. When I took him back he came out even worse! The owners attitude is disgraceful, basically told find another groomer when I complained. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Do not use.
