   While I can't fault the haircuts I have had here recently, but I was left absolutely shocked with the poor communication today. I was not aware they take bookings on a Saturday so walked in just after 10:00am and sat down on the bench to wait for my turn as there was already two gents sitting on the bench waiting and only 2 barbers working. Not a word was said and I waited patiently while they finished the two haircuts they were doing and then invited up the next two gentlemen still without saying a thing. After half an hour of waiting and as the first barber finished the cut she was on I stood up while she was taking payment in anticipation to be asked to sit down next to have my haircut when out of nowhere she says who has appointments and 2 guys that had just walked in 5 minutes before both put there hands up and she indicated they were next. Needless to say I left at this point and will never return as this level of disrespect for your customers is completely unacceptable to me. I don't have a problem with them running the business the way they want and taking appointments on a Saturday which is not a normal practice for barbers but I would expect them to communicate this when you walk in so you can make a decision whether you have time to wait or not.

   First time at this barbers. very impressed . Only 2 chairs,but turned up and waited without a booking,and only waited about 25 minutes . got chatting to one of the lady hairdressers who was very pleasant and the price is reasonable too. couldn't fault it
