   Overcharging children. My daughter had her nails done they said it was £50 when adding it up it came to £44 I questioned how it was £50 even with 10% discount as she is under 18 she is 12 they kept saying £3 for hand design which was only 4 nails. £32 + £12 is £44 I’m unsure how it came to £55. I’m in total shock how they can be taking advantage of people especially children. I will be reporting them to the council as cash only And over charging. Taking advantage and it’s Christmas. Shame on you.

   We have always been very happy with this nail bar. Very friendly staff and beautiful acrylic decorations exactly like the photos we show them from the web, or better. I was sorry to read some unfavourable reviews. This has not been our experience.

   I have been to a lot of place that have made my Mrs feel awkward and uncomfortable but this place was welcoming and very easy going from the sets she wanted and the tricky designs she likes to have, not once did they question her only when they asked what length or colour she would like, I have spent stupid money at other shops with shitty quality compared to this shop that has high quality, reasonable prices and very polite and understandable staff! I was able to leave her there to do some shopping and when I came back she looked at home comfortable and happy with everything that had happened from conversations to the nails being done! She can't wait to come back and get a new set and design as she is mesmerised by their nail art as it came out just like the photo she showed them at the start. Worth every second and penny spent also would highly recommend for anyone to come and get the same quality experience that she got!

   I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for a pedicure and spa treatment, but it ended up being a nightmare. They used a blade to remove calluses on my feet, which I didn’t expect, and now I can’t even step on my left foot, it’s extremely painful. I was left to soak for over 30 minutes with no update, and the whole process dragged on for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I couldn’t even finish the spa treatment because I was already late and had to leave. To make things worse, they charged me £45 even though cheaper prices were clearly displayed. The quality of the service definitely didn’t match the price, and overall it felt really unprofessional. I won’t be going back and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   Came last Monday, first picture was what I showed and wanted. When asked about colour a different green was chosen by them, which was not the same, or even close, when they painted a nail and asked, I said I didn’t like, she then huffed and looked at me. I tried to play off the ignorance and said that blue (first colour caught my eye) colour wasn’t mentioned again. When having the acrylic done it was very thick, like a door stop on my nails, when I left I realise all different length on each nail. The lady who done my nails didn’t seem ‘qualified’ or up to shop floor standard in my opinion. I didn’t feel comfortable to enter the shop again to complain and from the previous comments they use instagram to receive them, I don’t have instagram. Very disappointed from the service, had them redone at tiptop, couldn’t be happier. Defiantly wouldn’t recommend.

   All the staff are so kind and polite and make you feel very comfortable. Whenever I get my nails done they always last very long no chips or breaking. They are always done to a very high quality and I am always very happy with the finished result.

   Jenny was amazing! I never had my nails done before so this was a funny and great experience. She was patient and she kept asking me if I was hurt. The place was also clean and I was comfortable the whole time. She constantly asked if i am happy during the process. Everyone was there were quite kind and professional. Thank you Jenny and the team, I guess I will see you again :)

   I love this salon! Jenny who runs the show is a real gem and the team are all super professional and talented at what they do. I always leave happy with my nails and grateful to have such a nice salon in my hometown! It’s very popular and sometimes you will have to wait in peak times. A small price to pay for perfection in my view. Thanks J&CO! X

   Went yesterday for a booked appointment, pedicure and SNS. The guy doing my pedicure left me to take off for someone else. He didn’t cut my toenails or use the tools to remove dead skin. I have a smudged toe. This all took over an hour. I wanted to keep the length of my nails but they were cut down, he then tried to stick tips on my hands but glued my fingers to his and had to remove 3 and redo. Another guy took over and another tip came off whilst filing. I said my pedicure wasn’t very good to a lady there. They offered to sort it out but I’d been in there for 3 hours! Its not normally that long when I have designs! I was still charged full price for a bad service. If you go here, steer clear of the guy with blue hair, he’s rubbish.
