   Terrible experience. I had an appointment booked for 8:00 AM, arranged in person, and when I arrived they acted like it never existed. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go back to this place. To all the ladies: double-check your appointments, because they clearly can’t be trusted. They will look you in the face and say “NO”, as if nothing was ever booked.

   horrible. from the day i got them done, they chipped and scratched and i love maintaining my nails. first time i came and will definitely be my last after this is fixed! will defo be spreading awareness about this place!

   First two pictures were how my nails looked the first time I went to the salon. Didn’t realise how awful they were until i left and I paid £50! The quality of nails were not worth £50. The lady who done them said i had to pay £3 more as the length was extra long but they are not! I messaged them on insta and they were able to fit me in the next day so that someone else could fix them. The girl who fixed them sat at the front and they turned out so much better! She even fixed them for free. Unfortunately, 4 of my nails broke 3-4 days later!

   Booked here three weeks in advance - called one week before appointment to make sure booking was secured. on day of appointment- told very rudely it wasn’t in their diary, I explained that I had booked weeks ago and it was because I was due to go on holiday the next day, asked if they could fit me in later- again very rudely told no- very disappointed- especially as they weren’t even apologetic about their mistake- will not be using them again

   I have been using this salon for more than 10years now and could not recommend them enough. I have always been extremely happy with my nails and the service they provide and I leave the salon feeling great every time! The staff at Greenford Nails are friendly, polite, professional and knowledgable. The salon itself is lovely and clean every time I’m there, they also provided amazing care prior to covid !

   It should be noted that i got a pedicure. I've not had a manicure or acrylics, etc. I was going to score 4 stars because the shop could do with a remodel however I have given 5 stars because making an appointment was easy, we were seen on time, this was our first visit and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, music was good, the shop is clean, the feel of the shop was all positive, a good selection of nail paint colours and they offer great value for money. The technician I saw was meticulous. I haven't had a pedicure in a long time and this is the very first time I have had someone do their job so thoroughly. I left a generous tip and will be planning my next visit soon. Please don't let me down guys and great job!
