   highly unprofessional and unorganised. seems to give special treatment to certain customers - complete mess of a nail bar came in with my friend who asked if they had time for us and they said yes and sat us both down. my friend was immediately served and i waited for half an hour next to her for someone to start my nails. there were clearly staff available as one of the girls working there was just chatting to another member of staff and ignoring me. i hate being confrontational as i didn’t want to come across as rude but i had to ask again after asking before if they would do my nails and the girl who was talking finally started on my nails. i hadn’t told the girl who was doing my nails if i wanted biab or acrylics so i told her and apologised for not telling her sooner and she snapped at me and told me she knew i wanted acrylics when i was just trying to be helpful and make sure i wasnt wasting her time considering i had waited a long time. she worked on my nails shaping them for ages and kept pulling off the extensions as they were clearly wonky and shaped them all. she then pulled one of them off again as a new customer walked in and asked if i would be ok to wait for a minute which i said yes to. i then proceeded to wait in the chair with 9 extensions on my nail for 45 minutes whilst she completely ignored me and worked on another customer? i felt completely ignored and it was quite frustrating since im paying for a service and it’s just constantly being delayed for no reason. it was rude and unprofessional how she left me sitting there awkwardly for almost an hour at this point. finally my friends nails were done and the sweet man doing her nails apologised to me and started to work on my nails. he did a good job did exactly what i asked for. however, he literally reshaped every nail the previous girl had done and trimmed them as they were all uneven. i can’t help but feel like this girl just had it out for me for some reason and she just seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to do my nails. considering all of this i’m a university student and back in my home town my nails take around 30 mins to do. this place took 4x the amount, completely ignored me and spoke aggressively to me. considering the way i was treated i was expecting i would get atleast some kind of discount for the amount of time i waited and put up with for the service.

   I had BIAB nails done here and 5 came off within 2 weeks, with the first lifting after just 9 days. They weren’t sealed properly and trapped dirt underneath. When I went back, I was told BIAB can come off within 2 weeks (something I was never told at the appointment) and was offered a re-do of 5 nails, but no refund. I have had BIAB at other salons and it has always lasted 3-4 weeks. For over £40, I expected better quality and service, and I left very disappointed.

   Super happy with my nails, love them! Only I was slightly shocked at the price of £40 for just cat-eye and a couple of sliver dots and I was only on there for 40 mins. But overall happy with the nails, but top coat could have been a little neater around the tips of nails! My new local shop so will continue use!

   I have had really awful experiences with salons in Surbiton and Kingston area. Last time I sore I would never go again cause I actually suffered an injury (@ Jenny's-Hampton Wick) I told my physio therapist what happened and she recommended this place. Hesitantly I went and to my suprise they did a great job. Took their time until I was clearly hurting & uncomfortable then he sped up. I would recommend this place & I've been nearly everywhere in this area. -Also these are free handed-

   The best salon I’ve ever been to; the staff are so so lovely, incredibly hard working and very skilled. Amazing quality of nails and incredible nail art!! The salon itself is cosy and super clean.

   One of the nicest nail places I have been to. Very clean , always polite and husband and wife team do a fantastic job . I have had shellac and SNS and both last atleast 2 - 3 weeks and shellac pedicures even longer . Highly recommend Pretty Nails and reasonably priced

   I had never seen this place before. My friend and I decided to give it a go after waiting an hour in a different salon and I’m so glad we did because this place is really great. Nhung is such a lovely woman and so skilled; she did my nails beautifully. It was quiet and we didn’t have to wait. It was also good value. Safe to say it will now be the place I go to every time.

   Really lovely people. Great work. They’re one of the few places that does SNS. I’ve been going for over a year now and she did my nails for my wedding too! Pedicures also amazing. Call and book ahead as they are quite busy

   I’ve been living in London for 6 years now so I’ve visited a lot and thrilled to bits to have found this place. The best place I’ve ever been and so reasonably priced. Consistently good quality manicures and pedicures every time. I got 6 weeks out of this shellac gel mani. No chips (picture 1 is 6 weeks growth, picture 2 is when I got them redone just now). The owner is so so friendly, and everything is safe and covid secure. I don’t usually do these reviews but honestly they do an incredible job everytime. The pedicures are fab too, very thorough. I won’t go anywhere else now
