Incredible! The quality of the work on nails and waxing leaves nothing further to be desired. Furthermore, the staff were friendly, supportive, and clearly cared about understanding what it was you needed. Nuria and Nikki were fantastic.

I visited this salon for the first time and won’t be returning. There were few downsides which I will explain below.. I called in the morning to check if they had same-day availability, and they did, so I booked an appointment. They asked what service I needed, and I mentioned gel nails,no further questions were asked. When I arrived for the appointment, I sat down, and the technician asked if I knew what I wanted. I showed her a photo of the design I liked, but she immediately said she couldn't do it because she only had 30 minutes before her next appointment. I was a bit disappointed from the start. She advised me to mention next time that I wanted a design. My suggestion to the salon is to ask the right questions when booking appointments since clients aren’t aware of your schedule or how much time a service requires. It's the salon’s responsibility to gather all the information needed and manage the time with appointments. I wasn’t asked over the phone if I wanted a design. Despite the initial frustration, I decided to give them a chance. When the technician began removing my existing gel, she repeatedly asked what kind of gel it was, as it was difficult to take off. I told her I wasn’t a professional and didn’t know. In the end, my nails took an hour, well beyond the 30 minutes she originally mentioned. There was still no time to add a simple design on two fingers, which in my opinion shouldn’t have been difficult. In the end, my nails were done, and while they were okay (except one of my nails which turn out with bubbles) they weren’t what I had initially wanted or expected. Additionally, the salon was very dirty, the floor had muddy stains and there was hair collected underneath one of the desks, clearly not cleaned for a long time. The lighting in the salon was also odd; some bulbs over the desks were warm light(yellow), some were cool light (white), making the overall atmosphere dark and depressing. Another frustrating aspect was the payment process. They don’t have a POS terminal, so in 2024, with all the innovations for quick and efficient payments, they need to send you a link via email. Through this link, there’s no option for Apple Pay, which is inconvenient since many people no longer carry all their cards. Instead, you have to manually enter all your details—name, card number, billing address, and so on,which can take several minutes. To be honest I was expecting more of this salon, because I checked it on google and it seemed to be a good one according the reviews, unfortunately my experience wasn’t great.

Had been eyeing up this place for a while and decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I rarely (if ever) get my nails done but have been wanting to treat myself to some fun nails. I was booked in with Yan, who totally exceeded my expecations - I'd come in asking for summery watermelon nails, and boy did she deliver! Quick, friendly, and very professional. I'll 100% be coming back (I've a bunch of fun designs already cooking for future nails). I love how my nails turned out, I can't stop looking at them!

Firstly, let me say that the shy young lady who did my nails was very nice and polite. She was kind and sadly I think the BIAB treatment she used for my nails was cheap/too old, so I don't think it's her fault. The Gel was very blob like and she tried her best but what was meant to be almond looks round and uneven. It's truly upsetting. Especially after sitting 1 hour for it. The manager initially offered 20%off but she actually compromised more and offered to redo my nails too, which I appreciate, however due to busy schedule I was not able to accept. I don't think I will return.. Perhaps just ACRILIC treatment would work fine.. but definitely not BIAB again! P.s. I did a normal foot polish for 10£ and it was okay. So maybe just don't do gel?

Not a great experience. First and last time visiting this salon. My manicure was definitely not worth £30. it seemed as though a child had done them. I’ve also never had to do bank transfer in a shop before. They didn’t have a cash register, the lady showed me a sticky note with the sort code and account number. Very dodgy… They also refused to give me a refund.

Unfortunately I was expecting a much better service than the one I received specially for the price that I was charged. Nothing special and I felt I could have done my nails at home and they were going to look better. No effort in the foot treatment, no foot massage and very poor care in general. I wouldn't come back or recommend it. It was a ripe off! Just to reply your reply what I mean is that never in my life did a pedicure that you first paint the nails and soak the feet after. That doesn’t make sense as you’re expecting a treatment on your nails as well. I’ve been everywhere in my life and never saw this before. Also it was a poor treatment. It didn’t feel relaxing and my feet look the same. My nails look like I just had them painted. Hands as well. I know very well when the nails look beautiful and glowing after you have them done. This was far from it! I’m sorry but you need to improve a lot your techniques! Specially charging this price. It was really frustrating. I’m not the type of person that complains a lot but the whole experience was very poor.

I’ve been coming to Nails Boutique for years and would highly recommend. Super friendly team and huge nail colour shade range to chose from. I always see Nuria. We have a lovely chat and she does my nails and waxing perfectly! I always look forward to my appointments with her!

Yesterday Right after work I went to book an appointment for the next day for gel shellac manicure. The girls at the desk were very nice an polite, they managed to book me in for the day after at 2.30. Unfortunately it happened to have to work on that day so tried to ring the saloon right at 10 ( opening time ) to reschedule or to make it earlier than the time scheduled. The lady over the phone explained that If I would change day I would have lose 10£ deposit that I had paid. That I had to give 24h notice ( even if that wouldn’t been possible as I had booked the day before at 4PM ) however she moved my appointment 30min earlier. When arrived at the salon they made me wait 40min until I could have sit and have my nails done. So 2.30! So disappointed! I was really excited to try this really pretty place, but for me is a big no! Won’t visit again. Also would like to mention that while I was seating and waiting another lady came in and sat and had her nails done straight away. I don’t think this is a customer service, and I work with public too, so I know what it is like. Don’t waste your money ladies !
