   I’ve visited this salon several times and have received services from different technicians. Most recently, I had BIAB applied, but the application was rushed and quite thick. Within three days, the corners began lifting and chipping, and I had it removed within a week. The same technician who applied the BIAB—she wears glasses—also handled the removal. Unfortunately, her attention to detail was poor. She worked roughly, often digging her nails into my skin while filing or painting, and her demeanor was unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience. This experience has left my nails bruised from excessive filing and drilling, and I’ve decided this will be my last visit to the salon. I guess this just proves that cheap doesn’t always mean great.

   Just don't. Poor service, quality as if I didn't pay or somthing. I've booked for acrylic with extra long nails which means I'm paying for extra length. Literally the whole time, she was huffing and puffing, complaining about it's too long. Shapes are awful, worst l've seen, so l just left in the middle of the sets without colour.

   I have been here for a couple of times for manicure and pedicure. Last visit was in November 2024 where I had my pedicure done. Felt painful after two weeks and went to another nail salon to have the gel removed. I then found out that there was fungus on the toes and the technician from the nail salon advised that it was due to improper technique done and dirty tools used. Tried various methods with antibiotic foot spray and etc. It has been 2 months now and the fungus remained there. I am really disappointed as I had never experienced this before having my nails and toes done for over 10+ years. I could also see from the reviews that some other customers experienced the same after their treatment. I would not ever visit again.

   Quality is not great - started to come off after just 8 days after I did the shellac. I asked the manager if they could fix it since I had been extremely careful, though she wanted to charge me extra. I understand that they don’t know what we have been doing with our nails, however, I have gone to other places and the gel lasted for longer than 2/3 weeks. I don’t think the manager was considerate and understating and it feels like quality of their products is poor.

   This is my go to nail shop, they’re very good! Wasn’t that pleased to see that they had two rowdy dogs running around the shop during my entire appointment which set my allergies off. Was very unsettling & made me uncomfortable.

   Had the deluxe manicure and pedicure. Good value for money, will definitely be back. The pedicure turned out amazing, it’s a shame on the manicure both thumbs got ruined within 30 minutes of leaving the salon but I guess that was my fault I should have been more careful / let the nail polish dry more. Definitely plan for it being a long visit (more than 1.5 hours).

   First time getting my nails done and I've definitely been put off. Felt awkward as soon as I walked in due to no one being at the front desk to help me and getting unclear guidance about where to go. The lady made three of my nails bleed when trimming my cuticles and left some scuffs of polish around my nails, but I was so keen to get it over with I didn't say anything. My nails look better than if I painted them myself, but other than that it was a bad experience.

   It has been my first and last time at this place. I have just had SNS done on my natural nails and the quality of this service has been very poor as you can see based on the photos I have attached. I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails but she hardly spoke English, anyway, her attention to detail is zero to none and i very much doubt she has been professionally trained on SNS...Despite my complaint I was still charged a full price £30 and the staff spoken their native language among them in front of me...not a good customer experience at all! I will not be going back and do not recommend this place for SNS nails.
