Dont have any ideas how to do nails. I walked out as they messed up the shape of the nails to something I did not want and then did not want responsibility to correct it.
The best nail shop, i have been going since i was 14 and will not go anywhere else as no where does it like venus nails. Very accommodating, very kind and will always make sure you’re leaving the nail shop very happy! They Can do any design your throw at them as they have been doing this for years and trust that the final result will be more than what you asked for.
I had a great experience here! I went in for an infill and to replace a missing nail. The service was excellent, and I also took advantage of their loyalty program, which gives you £5 off after collecting stamps—so my total was only £25. After leaving, I accidentally smudged one of my nails because it hadn’t dried properly. I went back, and they kindly redid it for free with no issues. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick. Thank you! I’ll definitely be returning.
Haven’t been to the shop in years however I had emergency and my nail tech wasn’t available so had to go Venus nails I called before to ask the price for short French tip they said 35 so I went after getting my nails done the lady hurt me filling too much then the price changed to 40 they are shit nails when I got home I had to file them myself the nails had no shape nails NOT UP TO STANDARD the cheek the lady asked me if I paid my friend already payed for us and was so rude I won’t be going there again they only had 2 powders shit never going again if you want your nails done in Greenford I would say go perfection
They rushed my nails and I have won-key and disgusting looking nails. They just want your money in here and have bad attitude. I wont be returning
Really nice service! Showed the picture did exactly same , highly recommend! Not crowded which is a really good thing. Love my nails, me and my friend are really happy . Will be back again ❤️
rude staff ! i’ve been going to this place for years but the new young staff have no manners ! the young girl got in my face raising her voice above mine in front of my daughter . she got the pricing wrong and tried telling me i had to pay for all these different things . why should i pay for polish if i’m having gel .. but she kept going on ! . if a pedicure is £20 … and gel is £10 … how can you charge £33 ! the boy in there kept staring at me while i was having my feet done and made me feel very uncomfortable. honestly worst visit ever will not be going back !!
I went around a week ago to get my nails done, and it was a very unprofessional, untidy place when I first walked in. When I walked in, I thought nothing of it but then all the workers had a serious attitude problem and started wanting to overcharge me for a simple nail design and charged my friend the same price/cheaper for a complicated nail design. I think they pick and choose who they are nice to, and don’t have a proper system going on how to stay respectful to their customers and make them want to stay at the salon. So, I walked out. Hopefully it gets run better, as some of the nails I’ve seen them do are nice it’s a shame for them to be so rude and overcharge some people. Edit: I forgot to mention as they do allow you to just walk in, it leaves people who booked a long time to sit and wait for their appointment as they choose who gets to do their nails done first. I sat for around 2 hours for absolutely nothing.
Danny and Dom provide a great service always make you feel welcome. My nails always look fantastic I have no complaints and they last for ages. People are always complementing my nails and ask where I have had them done. I've been going to Venus nails over a year now and will continue to go. I would recommend here if you want a fast friendly and affordable service.(These are my nails after 3 weeks)
