   My last time was very disappointing, my nails were over-filed by them, the builder gel uneven on some nails, they started lifting and coming off (some within the first week of being done which is not usual!) Staff member was clearly new, answering several calls on her phone whilst doing my nails (and stopping them at points which is very rude) - if a phone call is that important make your customers aware and it would be more understandable. The service felt very rushed and honestly not worth the money.

   I wish I could give no stars! Great location if you live in Epsom and that’s it! If you looking for clean nail salon with good customer service this place is not for you! the actual technique is horrendous. Thick and uneven glued nails. Don’t waist your money and time for this place!

   Went in for acrylic with normal colour and while I was looking at some samples to choose colour I asked the guy are all these normal colour? (Meaning no shellac)And he replied “yeah yeah all colours”. I picked the one I wanted and after he done the first hand he put on the lamp to dry them. Only then I realised he had but shellac on my nails. I had to pick up my son and didn’t have the time to re-do them so I didn’t say anything. When I tried to pay I was short 10£ as I wasn’t planning on having shellac so I asked if I could pay the rest amount with card cause cash wasn’t enough. The guy said “yeah”so I took out my card and then he said “there is a machine outside on the left”. My nails look ok only thing is they turn upwards (which I don’t like) instead of looking straight. I guess the guy both of the times didn’t understand what I was saying so he replied to what he thought I was asking. Will not be going back.
