I went to the nail salon recently for a simple manicure and was really happy with how it turned out. Emily did an amazing job recreating the design I wanted. She was so kind and gentle throughout the process. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with how my nails turned out!
Came here to do my acrylic french tips and service was immaculate! Honestly nothing bad to say about the service i received, staff was kind and polite, took very good care me and the nails itself … AMAZING! Will definitely will be back soon!
I have been a regular customer of this place for years. In my last visit there something didn’t feel the same. The technician was unable to remove the gel from my hands and kept causing damage, wasting all the time I had as a result, at some point I made a point about my time and was mistreated by the superior technician in a very rude unpleasant way. I will never go back to them.
I came for a Shellac manicure. It was a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience all the way through. Shellac started peeling off after a day. All nail technicians spoke constantly to each other in a different language. Myself and other clients were completely ignored. We just sat there totally invisible . I thought it was quite rude. The nail technician rolled her eyes when I dared to comment that the shape of the nails wasn’t what we discussed. After choosing a colour which was strongly suggested by the beautician , half way through the colour so no going back ! , I was told btw it is £8 more. I couldn’t understand why as the English was very poor. I’m not actually sure she understood me either. Two days later one of the nails chipped and peeled off. They meant to last 2-3 weeks. The only reason why I was getting shellac is that it lasts for my holiday .i haven’t even boarded the plane yet and it’s already peeling off. A very disappointing manicure experience at any price , but even more so, at £45 price point. I think this may have been the worst manicure experience in my life.
Nails very poorly applied and my skin was cut several times. Very little attention payed to the job in hand as too busy watching what was going on around her. Appears to be the manager. Quite abrupt and money grabbing. I’ve been here twice and on both occasions I was over charged. I was a walk in on both occasions but I won’t be darkening their door again. Rude and unprofessional bar one girl
I am very picky when it comes to my beauty regime and it takes a lot for me to review and come back - but once I find an outstanding place they have me for life! House of Nails is one of these places. Prices are very reasonable, the service is impeccable- nails are always done to a high standard and quickly! I would recommend House if Nails Hampstead to all my friends and family!
I don't often get mani/pedis done, but I think this has been my favorite manicure so far. I got the basic OPI nail polish and it lasted a whole week before even chipping! (Normally I manage to chip it after 2 days so that was impressive)
Awful experience. They claim they can do nail art and charge £10 extra. I asked for a very easy nail design since it was my first experience in the salon and the result was not at all what I asked for. The lady did everything very quickly and without any attention to detail. Wasted £40 and my gel is already coming off after 2 days. I will definitely not return.
I had the most lovely pedicure here last night - calming classical music playing at a good volume, great massage chairs, Maria was so wonderful and pointed out that my nails had gotten really dry and actually needed a rest from polish. I appreciated her care and advice. It is a warm welcoming environment and the staff definitely care about giving customers a calming and friendly experience - thank you!
Loved my first proper manicure, the ladies were attentive and friendly. They also offered gentle guidance with colour when we were flapping. It was a lovely experience that I hope to repeat!
